So what? Modi should have said that he is willing to accept his worst critic as Lok Ayukta. But for obvious reasons, he fought until the last and squandered 25 crores of tax payers' money.

Modi is not afraid of the worst critic as LA. But not a person appointed by a governor who has exceeded her powers and is planted by the Union Government to oust a constitutionally elected CM by unconstitutional methods.

then why did Supreme Court say high court chief justice's opinion takes primacy over chief minister's? you think Supreme Court judges giving those verdict do not know anything about law and constitution
modi oppose lokayukt. bcz lokayukta (mr. R A mehta) is puppet of congress. he will interfere in all development matter and will create unnecessary issues in order of congress. why should modi support this. modi is chanakya of present politics, he did right.

All these Congress appointed Governors have one instruction from 10,Janpath and that is to cause all sorts of harassment to the opposition govts ruling in states. If they do that successfully, one more term is granted otherwise a new lackey is sent.

There are too many such decisions are now delivered by retiring judges which at time leave one wondering about the true intent. There was a news item on CJI who retired from office yesterday claiming his desire to appoint 4 HC judges even after new CLI being appointed. The most glaring is split judgment by an ex cJI on natural gas on his LWD benefiting the most powerful industrialist on prompting of a favourable minister & getting plum position post retirement. There is a need to have ombudsman to look into such judgments delivered by senior judges in last days of tenure to maintain high standards in judiciary

Something fishy is going on the Supreme Court. The judgment on Common Entrance Test for Medical Students was leaked in the morning of the Judgment delivered by the Chief Justice and two other Judges yesterday.

Shri Agarwalji, Pls don't vomit on Indian Judiciary System. At least, we common Indians are still rely on it for free and fair justice from SC, if not lower courts. Surprisingly, when same court passes judgement against Cong's or Non-BJP governments, you people admire the wisdom and courage of the SC, but start abusing it like a child widow when at the receiving ends. Be mature, Mr Agarwal.

Where did I mention for or against political parties? Is it not true that even new CJI has raised serious questions on integrity of judiciary? I am for independent Lokpal which includes Gujarat & also in Delhi pending for want of political will at all levels. The problem is that corruption suits large number of people in India & therefore every party looks for legal recourse to delay
Indian Judiciary System time and again endorsed the view that NaMo is not democratic person and a great nuisance for fair governance. Just working for construction and making the heap of concretes is not development. His autocratic and intolerant styles of functioning must be deplored by all citizens of India and resist any move to project him as future PM of India. Jai Hind.
