Haj subsidy is affecting our balance of payment too therby losing rupee value against dollar. Money spending on religious places is a cruel decision now as tens of thousands of residents were made home less and lost all properties and source of income in Uttarkhand. First the governments must concentrate of human welfare then temple reconstruction.

You are not secular, what ever money is given by Central Govt for relief, don't think it is for rebuild of Temple. THE QUESTION DOSN'T ARISE OF TEMPLE. THE FUNDS REQUIRED FOR 2014 ELECTION. NOW THE TITLE IS CLEARED, TAKE MONEY AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FROM CENTRAL GOVT AND SAY THAT FUNDS GIVEN TO UTTARAKHAND. IF SONIAJI/RAHULJI SAY ANY SINGLE WORD RE TEMPLE, THE IMMAGE IS GOING TO BE SPOIL THAT THEY ARE SECULAR. SO IMMAGE IS IMPORTANT THAN WHAT EVER SITUATION ON GROUND LEVEL.

It is not waste of money,if we think it is waste of money,then we should eat one time a day and should live in a hot,etc. The main thing is the fond must use honestly and properly in that way ,for which purpose it sunctioned.
