Ha who is this so called
by crazedcat on Jul 02, 2013 01:17 PM  | Hide replies

Who needs this so called "expert" when we have our super efficient, omniscient, omnipotent IAS babus...our iron framework...our heroes who know everything about everything simply by passing one exam. We don't need no stinking experts, we just need more exam passing babus.

Its foolish to ask an expert the reasons for disaster

Its foolish to ask an expert the reasons for disaster like this.
25thousand guys each day gets into such fragile reason,people reach with heavy petrol-vehicles till the glacier bed with bandwagon of naive fellas; 60Lakhs people each year making so much dirt of the entire ecology and here asking an EXPERT is just a laughing stock.
The destroyer is the Politico-Mafia Nexus who run the show and simply ignore or rather incompetent in lock-stock and barrel in terms of carrying out any responsibility of any nature. Admin Quality is absolutely non-existant in all the hill states.If anything exists , its extortion and loot in all forms;
AND JUST NO NEED for AN EXPERT OPINION.

Dave Petley says india is not prepared in the hilly areas, i belive india is not prepared even in city like mumbai, that was paralysed for days in floodings 4-5 years back.
Even if the system is implemented it needs maintenance,maitenace is only carried out on papers to clears cheques

Mr.Dave Petley has an opinion that India is not well equipped with scientific equipments in the hilly region. My opinion is India is not equipped even in the largest city.Mumbai was paralysed for days last 4-5 years back.It is one of the highest tax payer in India.If a similar tax is collected in countries like Singapore or Taiwan,the facilities available is far better than Mumbai.
Indian system(all political Parties)want 75% tax in its own treasury while only 25 % is distributed for development.
India does not want to improve ties with any of its neighbours as this would result in lower defense budget, meaning lower Kickbacks.

Country is governed in a chaotic manner, one can see chaos everywhere including on all roads, parking, rly stations, and all public places. No doubt, if any calamity comes, we are not ready to face it efficiently. Over population and old laws are mainly responsible at least for human made chaos.
