There are article.. Should ours laws be more tough, should juvenile laws be changed, should we have more security, should public have helped the girl..& we all know all that is just non sense because nothing can get better in our country unless corruption is curbed. If there was no corruption, that bus would have never been on streets. if there was no corruption , our police would have been doing there duty right. If there was no corruption, those demons would have been behind the bars even before this happened . If there was no corruption, the public would have stopped & helped because they would have never scared of getting harrased. Police would have took the victim to the hospital right away instead of discussing which station should handle the case. The victim would have been treated immediately by good doctors right away after reaching the hospitals.

All these things would have happened if our system was not corrupt but that issue was sidelined by PR hungry media ... you know there famous lines "We came out with this news first"

every one seems to forgot the main case & is taking about only minor. no one has written any msg. or has shown sympathy towards the victims family. 2013 is like a night mare for them or what? no one in the public has the right to decide/advise what the victims family has to do. her parents are well educated to take their decision of life. STOP INTERFERING ALL INDIANS.

1.WE NEED TO PUNISH THE ITEM GIRLS AND ITEM SONG MAKERS IN BOLLYWOOD, THEY ARE TREATING WOMEN LIKE COMMODITIES.

2.ANOTHER REASON FOR SUCH CRIMES IS ALCOHOLISM, PEOPLE LOSE THESE SENSES AND THOUGHT PROCESS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, THEY CANNOT CONTROL THEIR URGES. WHY IS GOVT NOT BANNING ALCOHOL?

3.JUVENILES ARE INNOCENT.JUVENILES SHOULD BE SHOWN A PROPER PATH, THEY NEED PROPER EDUCATION AND LOVE FROM SOCIETY, THEY ARE THE FUTURE OF INDIA. WE SHOULD SHOW THEM THE WAY.

PUNISHMENT IS NOT A SOLUTION, IT WILL ONLY RUIN A LIFE OF JUVENILE.

Juvenile justice and laws
by daniel thorat on Jan 30, 2013 11:15 PM  | Hide replies

Not at all necessary to touch our existing juvenile laws.Let juvenile delinquents carry on as in the Delhi Rape-Murder victim. Only let these juvenile rapists and murderers and inhuman criminals be handed over to other law abiding juveniles, to freely and publicly deal with such juveniles. That is all that is required. Let India not waste money on costly commissions and judges etc.

Yes, but why from 16? No sir, even if some one commits such a brutality at the age of 12 or 13, even then he must be eliminated publicly.

Show a proper path before, not after they do things even an adult hard core criminal will not do. Punishment and harshest punishment is the only solution. If punishment is not a solution, then disband all courts, police etc.and scrap IPC. A juvenile showing demonic cruelty and criminality must be removed from society permanently, not after he has done all the damage to it.
