I like that. Corruption is secular. and yes you are absolutely right in saying so. excess power = corruption.
Prof nandi sir, a teacher like you, teaching on english grammer asked his students "India is going to be corruption free country" that which tense is this, and a student like you said it is "Impossible Tense"!!!!!!, such being the seen, why did you make such comments? or is it a first step of yours to contest for an election??
It is true that Nandy's knowingly or unknowingly uttered these words and whether he was right or wrong is debatable. But he should accept frankly and he should stand by his words, instead he is retracting that shows his corrupt mind. He deliberately uttered these words to malign a particular section of people in order to openly declare that the so elite class indians are very honest and very intelligent to go scot free from corruption. In whatever sense you take his words he was wrong in saying so. Corruption is rampant in India, no denial, but blaming a particular people is highly objectionable and he should make unconditional apology. Now a days it has become fashionable to make some controversial statement to come to lime light and therefore, the corrupt political leaders should not make any hue and cry for his arrest, he is not an intellectual, he is an ordinary man and he can be pardoned.

.....why this guy took lit. forum to speak bad about lower castes ? he deserves punishment not harsh but one which will teach a lesson or draw line of tolerance...he should be booked under scst act it's too much....already Kancha Illaya has come out in support of Nandy....
Why are you talking about Shiv Sainik corruption?? ONLY because you do not think that any one is going to protest. I do not like Prof Nandy saying that Upper Castes are corrupt - that is also a casteist stagtement. Whole thing boomeranged. It is not as if all upper castes are currying favours.
