Mr Gadkari has taken absolutely the correct step for the interest of the party and this should be welcomed by all. Unlike others who try to cling to power, Mr Gadkari has shown that he is indeed a sincere party worker and I am sure he will come out clean of all charges, despite the attempts of detractors to malign him. All the best wishes Mr Gadkari and continue to be a guiding light to the prty....

Power struggle happens in non-dynastic parties. At least this brings out the intellect unlike Congress which is ruled by a person who was a waiter.

Gadkari /BJP/RSS has done good by withdrawing his name as party president ,reason being this is important year of election and you would loose prime time of campaigning in unnecessary answering and claiming about your innocence, You have taken away one issue from the hands of Your opponents ,politicaly its a wise decision ,

It is still 2014 general election. Once this party elected there will be rampant corruption no doubt because last 10 years they are waiting for corruption and their foreign bank is open for these people transaction. As regards Congress they have full of stomach and now they dont want to rule due to several corruption, price rise, etc etc and they are waiting to lift this weight from other party to shown their efficiency

Gadkari opted out to save BJP
by P S on Jan 23, 2013 09:22 AM

BJP will never come to power at the centre for supporting a people like Gadkari and promoting him to the post of party President. He is fully exposed by his misdeeds. Such people should be thrown out of any party and to be banned for life from entering politics.I have never seen such a shameless politician who dare to opt for renewal of his second term as President of the party and their partys two faced politicians openly support him .
