Sadly our culture is made now by bollywood films, kollywood films and regional language films whcih make us a nation of eve-teasers and rapists! what a shame! Shame our women rights activists and human rights activists and intellectuals are acting as cheer leaders of crooked rulers and looters and bollywood actors and actresses for the past 50 years! It is time that rulers study the reasons for harassment, teasing and violence against girls and women and not make knee jerk reactions only!We need to take more aggressive and logical steps to prevent crimes and rape, etc agsinst women and girls and not just knee jerk reactions, folks! All women and girls are not angels and sometimes they are willing
accomplices too! Shame that india has not banned Bollywood and useless and poverty-producing Test cricket even now! Just watch the bollywood and kollywood moveis and one can see the heores openly teasing and harassing girls and women and this has been going on for past 50 years and more too! To prevent rapes and sexual exploitation and harassment of women all over india, first and
foremsost bollywood and kollywood movies and masala serials in TV channeles, and obscene and provocative advertisements makins girls and women as sexx objects all the time etc MUST be Banned, No other easy solution to prevent rapes and sexual exploitation
and harassment of women now, is any one listening???

FIR Against Pravin Togadia in Hyderabad – Any Times NOW Campaign? (Or it is only for Muslims? Target Akbaruddin Only?)

Shame Arnab Goooswami! You are a NAARAD MUNEE.
This is the SAME News Channel who gave Non-Stop Coverage to Bal Thackeray. Same Arnab Goswami. SHAME ARNAB GOSWAMI.
In November 2012 he called Bal Thackeray as “BALASAHEB” and in January 2013 he is giving lectures on HATE SPEECHES. What a Joke!
Akbar may be wrong and so is Praveen Togadia and others… But there is No Such Campaign by Arnab against Praveen.
How can someone who praised Bal Thackeray and gave his Funeral non-stop coverage EVER Criticize Any other alleged Hate Monger? What Moral Right!

What is wrong?
by Pen diamond on Jan 10, 2013 08:16 PM  | Hide replies

I did not find much things to feel ashamed with a lot of these comments. In fact I would agree.
Rape is similiar to robbery. If a women is wearing jewels in the night, Would not she get robbed. Would you not ask people to be more careful in the night similiarly.

Wouild you not ask people to not flaunt their jewellery or in case they flaunt, would you not ask them to be extra careful?

Is not asking people to be careful and cover their jewellery common sense?

Is not asking people to be careful common sense?

Is asking people to take caution an act of shame?

Is cautioning good people against evil people an act of shame?

Is coming up with protective measures an act of shame?

Agree 100%. There are a lot of people including some of the politicians who do not even know where they are wrong. We unfortunately have been brought up that way Mr. Pen Diamond mentioned. So, no fault of his as well. We call the girls wearing western clothes as wrong and those that are teasing them as their right. We definitely are not in 21st century. I would advice them to go visit an advanced country, study them and then give their opinion.

I totally disagree with this view point. Your point is valid only if men going alone in the streets also face the same thing as women i.e. get raped or killed. And dont think that women are so naive to expose their valuables for others to grab.
And if you think women walking alone in the night is a law and order problem then state so in the constitution. Else this is a malice with indian society that needs to be corrected with IRON hand, rather than asking women to be careful with their conduct.

Dont take the country backward and kill the competitive potential of 50% of the country's population.

It would seem that there had never been any rape perpetrated by a Maharashtrian. In Tamilnadu we have seen in the recent past a number of cases of rape but no one has blamed either a Bihari or a Maharashtran.the alleged rapists are all from TN only. How do people like Raj become leaders?

Raj is a leader because congress has appeasement policy which universaly work against the locals. Be it in Kashmir or in Nagaland or Maharashtra.

Bhagwat's views are the most ridiculous among the whole lot! And, mind you, he has not been mis-quoted as those who defend him say. He was merely re-iterating some aspects of his crude ideology.
