All women in risk of being accosted/molested etc should be equipped with a small sized sprayer in her pocket/purse with which she must 'spray paint' the offender with a distinctly coloured dye that will not wash off for at least one month.This will probably deter 75% potential offenders, by the fear of being found/tracked.This device is likely to be "effective" significantly.

cyril be practical do you think girls will able to do all this when some body attacks them ....
everybody want learn frm south indian people ,coz we dont teach when baby born, the life start with a boyfriend or girlfriend,and do all theese things[childrens are under parents until we give 2 handover the life 2 someone else

How come VHP leader statement made part of this list? Don't we know that western culture is one of the causue(not the only casue though) for these kind of issues??
