Only agent & there man punished in previous scam by CBI & Court main culprit never punished in any scam hence scam will continue in India. CBI will save main culprit in like every scam. Main scammer controlling the CBI hence CBI become tool to make fool in the name of enquiry & saving main culprit. CBI is control by corrupt people there is no use of CBI. After scam we want to know how much money is recovered in every scam & main culprit not punished only agent or their man punished. Master mind never do scam directly they work through their man, agent .After arresting agent CBI closing every case same will happen in this case also. Main culprit will not punish like before.
All cash transfers for defence and other should be under RTI & Lokpal investigation.Hungry Monsters from every party looting country....India's voting is not on cast basis if its so then why ppl had elected NDA???? There should be strict laws & hard punishments...
Eurocopter was rejected though it can fly at 18000 ft but does not have the cabin height for standing of SPG guards and does not have necessary comforts for the VVVVVIIIIPPPP's; Does it not strike that a tailor made situation was created to buy "AgustaWestland" helicopters. Do these people think that 120crore Indians are fools.
We are in a wonderful situation;First create requirement for the deal to import(don't indigenise),then execute the deal and then defend the deals. All at the cost of taxpayer's money!

how much did Congress pay you for this. 1) Both are out on bail but not punished. Going to jail does not mean anything. They enjoyed all luxuries in Jain and came out. 2)So, you want everything free? the current increase in tariff has got nothing to do with 2G scam. Also, Congress has a way of fooling people. 3) BJP is not silent. It is asking why the files during the NDA period have been given to CBI but not the ones during UPA -1 and UPA-2. 4)What about the scenario in Andhra. ? Isn't YSR's son in Jail due to quid pro quo. Isn't every single minister in Andhra corrupt. 5)Where did you get this news from. Finally Kasab and Afzal Guru was hanged to get some political mileage. 6)Do not spread such shameless lies. 7) Do you know how many people were killed in the Sikh massacre in 1984? How many people died in Assam due to the riots? 8) The MOD of NDA did a correct job that we should not have one vendor as we shouldn't be at the vendor's mercy.
Congress has pushed this nation into corruption. Rahul Gandhi always thinks how to come to power but not how to improve the nation by becoming a minister.

The only surprise that seems to be is that Opposition, Media and Public seem to feel this is the first time a commission has been paid to secure a defense deal.
Almost every big deal is contingent on commissions and that is true which ever Govt. is at the helm. That is just the nature of business and how it works almost around the world.
Instead of griping over the commissions paid, what the media should focus on and public should be concerned and frankly every politician should also be worried about is, were the standards of the helicopters were compromised in the process of making the deals? If the quality and operating standards of the helicopters were compromised, it will put the VVIPs in danger and also the pilots who operate them will be in danger.
Under no circumstances substandard equipment should be bought with public money. If we cannot value our own VVIPs what will be the value of general public?
10% commission is probably expected in big deals but we cannot risk the lives of people who fly in the helicopters.
Also, it has also been long pointed out that Govt. departments are not necessarily equipped to handle international companies and negotiate good deals, it is a necessity to have agents who know how to make the business of procurement run better.
no scam will not derail the congress, the Indian elections vote on the caste basis castes. the decision is based on caste dynamics and not on developmental plank. the people who vote on caste basis will continue to vote on the same pattern. u throw some incentive and keep the leaders of castes in good humour, success is assured1 the urbanised metros and major cities are different. the change can occurr when they become the deciding factor. until education and awareness builds up in the rural areas, the aya ram gaya ram situation only will prevail!
pundit nehru knew it well and did not emphasise education, his childrem followed it as "satyam" or devine order!
