But here i would like to say that the out of many one pressing need of the hour, so far as our country's defence is concerned, is to acquire combat aircrafts, choppers, etc. without any delay. It's no secret that presently the Indian Air Force is in shambles due to aging fleets. A concerted effort should be made to find out and punish the guilty at the earliest and thereafter make sure the deals are processed with honesty. If the fallout of this present scam affects the time frame of future deals then we are in for trouble coz the "not so freindly' neighbouring countries are in a hurry to bolster their military capability.
