We have seen TV coverage Uttam Khobragade' He was incoherent .It is understandable that he as a father trying to defend his daughter but his allegation that Sangitha Richards is a CIA agent is farfetched at best is laughable Govt 0f India has done its best .

Once you have a relative working in a government office, your application and subsequent employment is 100% guaranteed in that office!
