Those culprits should not be given capital punishment - but punishment which Shivaji Maharaj used to give - Cut hands & feet & leave them at mercy of others. Since they start begging & may earn money - 'I am a Rapist & Murderer' should be written on their forehead. Their organs should be cut. Each day in their life should make them miserable. This punishment will prevent anybody following the smae crime in future.

Islamic law says that you need to kill the rapist and the murderer. Closure of the victim is one of the most important things that should go into deciding the punishment. Until strict punishments are in place crime will NOT reduce. Forget the word 'Islam', but we can learn from its attitdues for social justice.

There is no other justice than to hang these rogues in public, whether they are juveniles or not. All those who oppose this should have one of their loved raped & brutalised before they support them. not even the president should pardon them ! If at all any pardon or lesser punishment is to be given, then only the affected persons should be the authority.4eecZ

And how convenient of you to leave out the bit about Shariah's requirement of 4 male witnesses. Shariah would be worse than what we have today.
I think the delivery of Justice goes thru labyrinth of the Ciurts /Prsident of India etc and it is some toimes decades ( 1984 1nti-sikh riots fall in this category) that the victims may give up after frustraion.If Indira Gandhi killers can be hanged vety toimely, why not the Ordinary Citizens' rights in similar situation do not get answered positively.See the case of attck of the Parlaiamnet???
