IN ONE MONTH AFER LOWER COURT, THE RAPISTS MUST BE HANGED. WHAT MORE DISCUSSION/PROOF IS REQD, WHEN HONORABLE SESSIONS JUDGE HAD SAID'MOST BRUTAL CRIME IN THE HISTORY". THER SHOULD NOT BE ANY MERCY/DISCUSSION ON THIS SUBJECT. THEY MUST NOT BE ALLOWED PREZ MERCY UNLIKE EX PREZ GAVE MERCY TO HARD CORE CRIMINALS BEFORE HER TERM WAS OVER. THESE BARBARIC CULPRITS SHOULD BE HANGED IN PUBLIC BY CRANE AND TO BE TELEVISED AS IS DONE IN SOME GULF COUNTRIES. THEN U SEE THE RESULT. 90% OF RAPES WILL BE STOPPED. WHAT LADY MPS IN PARLIAMENT ARE DOING. CAN THEY NOT TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY. IT IS NOT JUST JUDGEMENT. BUT ACTION OF HANGING IS V IMP.HAD IT HAPPENED TO ANY MINISTERS RELATION, THE RAPIST WOULD HAVE BEEN FINISHED IN POLICE STN ONLY. UNFORTUNATELY THIS GIRL WAS AN ORDINARY MIDDLE CLASS GIRL . Very apt observation Mr.Suresh Sahab. I would rather say "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE RAPED"!! What say?
Many rapes are taking place in India beyond Delhi and Mumbai. Pity those cases and seek stringent actions against the culprits beyond Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata etc. It is high time that the so called national press stops highlighting only those cases in Delhi, Mumbai etc. Unfortunately, for the national press, so called I again say, there is no time for these untold atrocities elsewhere. A real pity!
In India where the general mind set-up is criminal, the Juvenile age shall be reduced to 12. I have seen boys start most of the crime at the age of 13 to 14. When they start eve teasing, that is the start of crime.

I AGREE TO UR COMMENTS. TODAY IN INDIAAT THEAGE OF 11/12 ( 7TH/8TH STD) THE BOYS/GIRLS GET THE MATURITY TO TALK OF LOVE ETC. AND COMPARED TO 20 YRS BACK, TODAYS 12 YEAR BOY IS MORE MATURED IN THESE ASPECTS OF LOVE ETC. HENCE UVELINE AGE HAS TO BE REDUCED TO 12/13 AND NOT MORE THAN THIS. I believe all crimes that are happening against women is because of our strange laws and inefficient governance.The only way to stop rapes was Castration if Rape is proved beyond doubt and then death penalty if it's murder too.Do it on 10 men and see 100000 men will be afraid to even think wrong about women. Also,for such crimes age should not be factor and it encourages Juvenile to commit such crimes.
