The person who had acted under pressure and influence from the ruling party in his time has no right now to teach and advise others how to act.

An investigation by the CBI under the supervision of Supreme court has more teeth in sensitive cases which suits the Central Govt,as well as the CBI to carry out the investigation without fear.Lalu Prasd Yadav would not have been in jail had it not been monitored by the SC court.

The deterioration in political etheics and fall in moral levels of Rulers , causing more problems for CBI to function, when CBI was about to investigate Coalgate minister (PM), we found the adverse remark from PM and FM , and further a similar verdict came from Assam High Court, making CBI a vague organisation having no sanction of Law under any act. Is it a coincidence or well calculated move , only insiders know , but what is required , is to make a CBI , a statuatory body , Govt should act and make CBI an independent investigating agency which can act independently in the interest of Country.
