I had an opportunity to meet and host Varsha in 1999 when she visited a Maratha Light Infantry battalion on the line of control in Kashmir, as an online columnist. She was heavy then too but where the body wasn't willing, she willed her way to climb for an hour to reach the mountain top post. She wanted to see Maratha's in an operational area and since shelling was common those days on the post, she wanted to stay back for the night at the post, just in case there was shelling that night! In her mind, she was a warrior princess. Farewell
Anti-depressants always end up doing more harm than good. The only people benefiting are practitioners and pharmaceuticals. I am sure a lot of less grief will happen if anti-depressants are avoided.

I agree. Anti depressants in long term has more side-effects and also sending them to deeper depression. Even research have shown this. Lots of Anti depressants get pulled off from the market but too late..by then most have already used it. It can be cured by some breathing techniques and holistically. Depression is no joke only people who suffers and knows dear ones who suffer knows the pain.
