If British Laws are followed it means we are still under British
by JAGDISH on Nov 28, 2012 11:43 AM

Using British Laws means we are not independent nation but under British (Angrej)rule under gulami. So following a British Law means slavery. So the rulers, judges and policemen of this nation are slaves of British even today. They are not Indians but servants of British Raj.

Using British made laws amount to betrayal of the nation.
by JAGDISH on Nov 28, 2012 11:39 AM

Legally you cannot use British or Muslim laws post independence. That is why independence is for. It means there is no Indian parliament but British Parliament is the presiding body over everyone in India.

I know the laws since 5000 years
by JAGDISH on Nov 28, 2012 11:37 AM

I know all the laws since 5000 years and any laws before 1947 are not applicable in Independent India. Whoever uses these laws of the Muslim Or British rule is illegal by law. He is a traitor of the nation by supporting foreign powers. Many people do not know this facts.

With debate it is an issue
by correct on Nov 28, 2012 10:45 AM

With debate you to listen to others view and negate and may be incorporate good views all that is a headache. IF you just enforce your view whether it is good or bad for others then it is enough. You will enjoy. Let others suffer that is not your headache.

why Zee news extortion video clips r not being shown in news TV?
by MONICA on Nov 28, 2012 10:43 AM

Zee news editor sudhir chowdhury and business director have been arrested yesterday for extortion case of nabin jindal company but surprisingly no tv news is showing the video clips of alleged discussion between nabin jindal and zee news editor which took in a sting operation by nabin jindal himself(like tv news agency!)

zee news editor was seen telling that 'you know, its give and take, u give 100cr ad, we will be silent and appreciate u!"

why this video clips is not being telecast thoroughly for understanding the truth by the public ? why the video clips r not being shown again and again until it rots like modi was rejecting chadarFrom a msulym orSushma swaraj was dancing on a motivational patriotic song or like malegaon blast or 2002 gujarat riot? why not this video clips r being shown now in different angle of tv screen to grab a clear image by the viewer if some angle is missed?

is it because, all media(98%) is engaged in same game, so we get that much anti-hyndu propaganda! the NGO, international , national agency, organization, political parties r paying hepty to indian media to speak against all pro-hyndu organization, against hyndus, against hynduism and spread rumour even if its a small issue!

this big news or like has no place in media but what shivsena has agitated against derogatory statement about bal thackaray has great value and a topic of series discussion in media!

shame to indian media!

by Srikantkadam on Nov 28, 2012 10:38 AM

The new IT Act been passed clearly showed the government's dictatorial attitude just like the British passed Vernacular Press Act once to stop Indian Publics criticising them via. terror only.Beside you people talking only talking about the IT Act passed by the Home Min Kapil sibal without much debate in parliament??What about so many blind steps and acts the Court of Law is now taking beyond the limits in the Indian Penal Code Acts without having consent of the government??Currently, the Supreme Court is almost acting like prime lawmakers of the land while the UPA govt under Sonia Manio,PM Manmohanji remains sitting blank in the Parliament..
