MANI RAJENDRA
LESSON TO THE CURRENT/CORRUPT POLITICIANS
by MANI RAJENDRA on Nov 03, 2012 05:39 PM

People of India should teach a lesson to the current (some of the corrupt) politicians who always talks according to the situation during the next General elections. We need a leader like Mr.Anil kapoor's film NAYAK. For that revolution should come. Till the time people of India especially AAM AADMI has to suffer with these some of the corrupt politicians.

Possessing dispropotionate wealth

Most of the present political leaders are possessing disproportionate wealth and hence they will not dare to challange , specially advocates whose income is much highter than what ever they pay as incometax , it is an open secret, how many of them give recipt after collecting fee from the client, it is a well known fact, and Sibal can't be an exception.

This law can be scrapped if a good lawyer and/or a public spirited free citizen challenges it in our courts.

People have the right to express their comments and ideas. It may not be happy things to all always. On that basis their right to express cannot be limited.

China was trying to limit peoples liberties in their country and heard many turned against the rulers on that basis. Similar things should not happen in India also.

Should not get isolated in the world because of denial on right to express. Honourable Kapil Sibal also should not be isolated in the country on the basis of some nervous prompt regulations due to Anna Hazare hype and tweets.

People can express their criticism, but it should not be along with bad words. It should not be direct motivation to do crime. It should not be intentional tarnishing without reasonable proof. If minor deviation in these things are detected they should be insisted to apologize in same platform. If major deviation then only legal proceedings.

Whatever, country and world and judiciary should think about law frame work with 1 week , 1 month level punishments also instead of straight away 3 years 5 years punishments.

Anybody can be framed, anybody can be with lack of awareness of legal framework in certain matters, etc etc. While interpretation of defamatory or not it can be diluted and concentrated in any manner as per personality level of analyser. For example somebody say one politician was seen in pub or dating site, it may be taken as exciting thing by new generation while it may be taken as defamatory by old people.

Liar Sibal
by Sundarraj Kaushik on Nov 02, 2012 09:44 AM

No doubt Sibal is one of the biggest liars just like all other politicians out there. They all only want their stock to go up and up and up by shutting others mouth. Be it the liar Sibal or the haughty Chidambaram or his fatso son (grown fat on other's money). They all deserve to be thrashed within one centimeter of their lives.
Now for this all of them can gang together and send me to jail or possibly even hang me. Thanks to the liar Sibal.

We ought to be ashamed of ourselves for voting such characters to power. As they say "Jaisi Praja Waisi Raja".

Kapilji Laws against corruption required
by Desh Premi on Nov 02, 2012 08:43 AM

I am wondering if the Congress and parliament is able to make such strict laws against a very normal outburst, why cant they make a law against corruption. Why does the politicians need to be so hungry for illegitimate money. Maybe we should make legitimate that the governemnt should pay so much % as fee for services rendered by politician according to the post he is holding.
