If the cops have proof the culprit had perpetrated this heinous crime, please don't waste tax payers' money as they are doing with Kashab, conducting a wasteful trial. Place him in the same position and run him over.

That would be foiled by our politicians.. Rather we should group together like maoists and harm the politicians and their famalies who do wrong.. The current maoists are also an political outfit who shamelessly kill innocents rather than targeting politicians
it's there in Bihar, Orrissa, Goa, Karnataka, MP, Andra, Jharkhand in other states it's not there because there are no mines. These are very unfortunate incidents and the local and national govt has to get to work together to catch the criminals and put them behind the bars. This is not an issue of any single party.

They are looting us we read East India Co. or Britishes looted us look at indians they are far ahead.. catch them and kill them, no need for trial because lawyers will take part of the loot and get the criminals released... that is my feeling.
The mafia are always supported by the politicians and the police.This IPS officer was made of different mettle.
Maybe he was idealistic because he is young.All parties are corrupt incl BJP.They protect the mafia/goondas and the courts let them go scot free.
I do not understand why he did not shoot at the tyres of the truck?jot the nbr and file a case.This would have been pragmatic.
Alas he lost his life and the truck driver's family would get more compensation from the mafia than the IPS officer's family would get from the Govt of MP.And that too after 2 or 3 decades. Abt the case it is bette to forget even before it is filed.

It is really heart breaking news.We have lost a diligent IPS officer who has dared to challenge the mafias.My prayers go to his family.RIP..Now let all watch what the ruling govt. is going to do there?Wipe out those culprits in encounters...
I think it is the time when people of india should force governement of india to bring about the act restraining the persons from criminal background to participate in elections. We should form a party at all india level were honest, educated and who love country should stand for elections and enxure that such enacments are passed in thge parliament where there is no interferance of t5he politicians in the day to day admininstration.
