Mining mafia crushes to death IPS officer in MP
by Ahsan Zaidi on Mar 08, 2012 07:37 PM

It is very sad that whenever some police personnel take some harsh steps to control corrupt/unjust/malified practices they have to face brunt of our system. Some of them have give life and some have to sacrifice their jobs and carrier. Our laws need immediate review as most wrong doers are able to get away scot free by manipulation of clauses and acts or by delayed justice. We are never sure that whether justice will done, that too in time thats why we avoid going to agencies which are meant for that purpose.Suppose some one illegaly grab yr house/land it will take ages to get it vacated.Number of litigation in civil courts are pending on land/house grabbing or on rents. We are the one who all are responsible for that.It is hightime we need to review and improve our systems/ functioning which must provide and support justice without any delay and bias.I am sure it will happen.

this deserves zero tolerance
by manjunath naik on Mar 08, 2012 07:26 PM  | Hide replies

Absolute disgust if this issue is not sorted within days. Here is one son of the soil to challenge the goons and hopefully the whole administration gets up and shows some respect to this fallen young man. Hope and pray this incidence awakens the administration to act. ACT firm with zero tolerance. The Mafia vicious circle should be broken immediately. Driver Manoj Gurjar should be hanged in public and that too within days. Lets not say he is a small pawn in the hands of the bold. Pawns are the main misery of this country as they are over protected or looked after well after such a miserable deed.

I donot support death/murder but
by tribhuwan sahu on Mar 08, 2012 07:22 PM

I do not support any murder or death of a person , particularly the persons in higher post of police or administrative service . Hence I strongly condemn the murder of this IPS officer. But this young officer stood before the tractor to bring it to halt. This was not the way of stopping a vehicle by an IPS officer. He should have not acted like this. Wider question is whether he was alone. Why was he not accompanied by assistants (constables etc.). This shows his incompetency and inability to deal with the crime. It means he had not get proper training of using the police force. Now he (his dead body) will find flowers but will not get chance to fight (against criminals). If he would have acted properly , he would have again a chance to fight with the criminals. No value for life
by Santa on Mar 08, 2012 07:19 PM

The basic fact remains that there is no value for anybody's life in our country, with an exception of politicians, rich and super rich people. I read in another post today, in which Greg Chappel has rightly pointed out that if somebody stands up against the rotten system, his head will be crushed by others. Many readers have abused Chappel, but what he has mentioned in absolutely right. The death of this young officer is the best example of the kind of system we are living in. Nobody would like to question the status quo and in case somebody does, he will be silenced by crimina1 politicians.
