A solution : Let a small citizen group under the able leadership of a local samaritan start what can sow the seed for a 'mini Arab spring' and not let the local political leader (MLA or MLC) either leave (if he is in) or come in (if he is out) until such time as the people get a proof of his commitment (as demanded strictly by the people) to satisfy the aspirations of the very same people. Any one can be more innovative and make modifications or fit other courses of actions to this framework of a "CITIZEN UNION STRUGGLE". There cannot be a better time and need to initiate this action which has the possibility of emulation in other areas as well for e.g. in Bhagalkot, Hubli, Dharwad, Bijapur and the likes.
It is envisaged that in future national WARS will be fought for WATER (WATER WARS) and a model can be formulated at this instance in a small measure in a small way in a small geographical area.
Let this be the harbinger/forerunner to the future acts of this kind.

Do you think that all is well in all congress ruled states and are suffering from drought e.g. Maharashtra.Here congrerss ministers have released Dam water as a bribe before ZP and coporation election to gain votes and now people are starving for water.Are they ruling better than BJP in any other states.The writer always writes anty BJP and cannot diegest that a BJP is ruling in southern state.
WHEN KARNATAKA IS REELING UNDER DROUGHT THESE POLITICIANS ARE VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN PLAYING DIRTY POLITICS.THE PEOPLE OF KARNATAKA SHOULD NOT VOTE THESE POLITICIANS.....

every one .. those in polictcs, parties or those opposing them babas and annas are here for their personal gain and fame.. its clear in india if you have survive.. start a fight yourself..
