the iron rod that they have inserted in her should be inserted in their back.The govt should propose atleast this one after that they whatever want the punishment it will not be a problem.Let see what the accused feel after a three feet iron rod is inserted in them.I am quite eager for this one atleast.
Rapes are happening every hour in all parts of India and in every state. In fact, most sufferers are poor/downtrodden/neglected sector and most cases donot come to light for various reasons. But there were no cry from this society. Opposite parties are fishing in troubled waters. Let all the politicians amend or pass new laws for stringent punishment. Not only that the judiciary to dispose of these cases within THREE months.

Most of rapes are by criminals with govt or police protection. Crimianls are mostly in govt and police. If you are not a criminal, you will not be inducted in police or govt. Long live india poor.

Yes the judicial system requires proper reforms. Cases have to be decided timely. Selection of judges has to be on impartial lines and recommendations of higher ups or on basis of caste considerations. If we have a dedicated judiary and propery educated/trained police all things will improve.
If we want better law & order,better environment,better living standard then we will have to adopt moral values(Truth,benevolence, fearlessness,caring attitude for poor and needy) otherwise such incidents will go on happening,we will protest for few days thereafter will follow our daily life routine which is determined by MARKET FORCES,requiring all stakeholders to 'MANAGE the things'.
We will have to break this CHAKRAVYUH to stop such incidents.

The Courts shud act fast in all cases and not play the DATING GAME (Taareekh pe Taareekh)
kangraas has failed on all fronts! Women are not safe, children are not safe, elderly are not safe, nobody is safe under kangraas govt!
Everytime a horrible crime like the recent Delhi case happens, everybody wonders if something like that could happen to their siisters, wiffes, daaughters, moothers, girrrlfriends, friends or even to themselves!
This has been happening for a long time now. Why hasnt kangraas done anything about it? What have they got to say about it?
We dont want empty promises by kangrass. They cant keep fooling us forever!
They want to buy time so that people calm down and forget about it with time! We will not let them get away with it! They will have to answer to the public! We are the aam aadmi and We have had enough of the kangraas betrayal!

all the four have already been raped and are now taxis for entire congress. Once they are replaced with young ones, women of Delhi will be safe
It is impossible to create awareness amongst uneducated people who do not read papers or watch prime time news. They probably are not even aware of the fact that they committed a grave crime. So what is required is some public punishment in addition to jail/gallows and or fines etc. It may sound uncultured and barbaric but some one has to draw a line somewhere. We all have daughters, wives,sisters,mothers and we want them to be safe and should have the freedom to move around minding their day to day activities without fear of rape and molestation. This shows the dwindling morality which should be taught by parents and teachers when people are young.

With a loosely defined law and Justice department and a careless Police Administration in India, these are bound to happen and only when people revolt and bring the CHANGE it happens in India..Our politicians especially belonging to the UPA-2 are behaving as if they are bound to rule India forever...They must realize that if they are not going to be sensitive and make rapid reforms in the Law and Police Administration and bring down the Corruption, rest assured they will never win the elections no matter what kind of regional card they play...Even Minorities are frustrated by the way this Govt.is operating....
Rediff! You are not telling us any thing new.Tell us what are the ways to eradicate permanently.Can we all force the admminstrations in Delhi,state capitals to improve 1)Governance 2) Law and Order. Today citizens feel that still the outsiders like Moghuls/Europeans are ruling us and we are in this state after 65 years of independence.If you read History,during Aurangjeb time the native women were picked up by Moghuls and raped.The original kings were forced to give their daughters to Moghul Kings to buy peace from them.What is the difference between present day rulers and Moghul rulers.
