...we Indians should always be within limits while in other countries...take a week training and research culture before stepping into that country, else buck off...

Nothing between Kurshid or Krishna.India was badly briefed by the Indian consulate last time. All some time mess up happens in handling such issues for first time.Experiances Make men for responsibel
now a days we often listen and read in newspapers one child or other are victims for of such maltreatment by their parents as well as teachers at the schools in name of discipline.. there are so many commits for the welfare of children.nothing ever implemented in india atleast now indian government should bring law against child abuses....

Yes,Problamatic kids are coming from problamtic families. But then In Even learned people are cultureless.
spare the rod , spoil the child. One reason why indians are sucessful professionally is because of their disciplined upbrining. At the same time, beating the child with belt is too much. The nowegians could also be putting masala to the story by dubbing acne / pimple amrks as burn marks.
It is very usual for parents to beat kids in a moderate way to mend thier bad habits, etc in India.we cannot leave them to live as they wish until they become adults...it is a mistake by a family to grow up kids abroad and end up like this..heard from many NRIs about misbehaving kids settled abroad along with cultural issues as well.better grow them up in india possibly and sent to abroad for higher studies or work only.keeping kids at early stage in abroad wont get good results.exposure is good but over exposure will do more harm than good.I remember one small girl offered me kissing and used foul language when i travelled in a bus in UK.I was shocked to see how these kids are over exposed at a small age. Most propably TCS will wash off hands like Indian government and this person might lose his job due to his case as well.really pity..

Bad Behaviour of kids are connected the bad upbringing and qualities of parents only.Let it be in UK,Norway of India.
India government has burned its fingers and lost its face in Bengali Couples case. They cant interevene in such cases of domestic violence and Child abuse.

Why should TCS shift its office? If somebody don't like the norwegian laws, don't go there. Burn marks on childs body is serious offence, parents deserve the punishment they got. Actually it is high time we got similar laws in India. Parents have no right to phisically abuse the child or torture them. I am father of tow boys and I am 100% with norwegian authorities for punishing the parents in thsi case.
When you have gone to aforeign nation you are suppose to obey the laws of that country. The parents in this case were at fualt as per Norway Laws so they have to go through the imprisonment
