We waste 50% of power as transmission loss when we consider the same from generating station to end user .Most of the sensors were never allowed.Every transformer is over loaded.power factor is never cared for. The loads in all the three phases is never monotored .we could have built our electricity meters with all the fecilities and communication gadgets to save power not only in distribution network but also in subscriber premise. Most of our electrical engineers in electricity boards are as good as illerates as they never bother about these things .
Time has come to force these people to learn modern electronic gadgets/software so that they can impliment their knowdelge to reduce tramsmission losses to less that 10%.
The savings achieved from the above will wipe out all the accumilated losses of electricity boards in matter of two years
