US$5,00,000/- IS NOT EQUIVALENT OF INDIAN RUPEES 24 CRORES
by subrata banerjee on Sep 20, 2011 02:41 PM

In fact, one lac dollar is equivalant Indian rupee Rs.47.88 lacs, and therefore, US$5,00,000 comes to around Rs.2.50 crores. This is not a great amount as most Indian engineers, doctors and in different streams do earn average more than one lac dollar in every year and there are huge people who conveniently earn US$70,000 - 1lac dollars per annum (but all of them are having no less than Master's dedgree from a reputed american university and upto P.hd ). So, the amount is shown is not that fantastic for indian exparts working in USA.

Another feather in the cap of "Bharath Matha"who is replete with many such talents which however are being encouraged with due & proper incentives.for lack of infrastructure & governmental sponsorship or support, there is always a tendency for the brain drain from India. In fact,we have to learn a lot from USA which developed a very good culture of picking up the cream of the talent from all over the world irrespective of the caste, creed, region or religion.he spark in the intelligensia of Indian origin,if ,sparked off properly, would be doping wonders which none in the world are capable of!
My hearty congratulations to Shwethak Patil!!

India loss these talent techies because of the reservation systems in education and jobs. Don't know how many these talents have been thrown out by India because os pleasing the minorities and backward castes.
