Why Nagaland, Manipur, Mijoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal not having railways?
Is it 2011 for those people or not? Is it not some basic service Govt is bound to provide.
As Assam has petroleum they laid tracks there.
First the corrupt politicians keep people in distress and deprived state. When people take rebel ways our corrupt politicians send our army (I am proud of them) to clean their (politicians') guilt.
If in 2011 (after 60 yrs of freedom) some states are deprived of even railways (forget about other things then).. how will people of those state be a proud Indian?
They have every right to be rebel. Our army should deny to clean the sins of the political class and stand by the side of the rebels. Politicians always take people and army for granted.
WE ALL (INCLUDING ARMY) SHOULD BE FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHTS OF NORTH-EAST INDIA.

You should check your facts. Govt of India has built roads till Kibhitu in arunachal pradesh, and east-west corridor by National Highway Authority of Inida has roads running till Silchar. Few years back Indian railways extended their broad guage line till Tripura. I find it very shocking that to see your ignorance about these infrastructure facilities in north east. Now if you blame govt of India for underdevelopment of North East, it is not wholly correct. For most part people from these states have been against settlers from other parts of India coming in. With such a narrow mentality, who would want to come there. Moreover, the people whom you call innocent, often block national highways to imphal and kohima. this makes essential goods costly and hinders development. Do not be blind to anything that negates your point of view.

Also look how peaceful people ar ein arunachal pradesh. Do we hear any violation of AFSPA there ? The answer is no. Because the peple there are so patriotic and peaceful. If Indian army loves to violate laws, similar cases should come form all over north east. But that is not the case. So why dont you ask militant outfits of Manipur to be as people of arunachal pradesh. Stop blaming rest before finding faults in yourself.

You support absence of basic privileges in north-east?
People like you are actually strength of corrupt politicians .. because no matter how much wrong they do you will always to supporting them instead of supporting deprived people who are having no option but to go against the system which did not do anything for them.

no army should deny such action until Govt announce development plan (not only announcement) for North-East.
