Silence over atrocities on Pandits.
by s kesavan on Oct 17, 2011 06:38 AM  | Hide replies

Where were these peacenicks when thousands of Pundits were thrown out of Kashmir ? Because the Pundits are suffering silently their condition they have been ignored. They should have also resorted to 'Jihad' to bring to limelight their condition. Then these peacenicks would have taken note of their conditions and come to a balanced view

You idiot, Pandits did raise protests, and are continuing to raise the protest, if only you happen to read the real news about this issue. But apparently you don't read anything other than the conventional JK mouthpiece news papers and what is being fed to you by the descendents of Nehru and members of its dynasty.

I am talking to S Kesavan.Not pundits !

I know all the hardships through which pundits are going through.Blame your congress govt for all this situation, not me.

Your congress has destroyed th country dividing people on the basis of caste, state and religion.

We are all one,Indians and every one has the right to live with dignity,be it SC,be it brahmin,be it tamil ,be it manipuri,be it muslim,be it hindu.

Misguided youth are result of congress mis rule.BJP is also same,a traders party.

well said, it is very sad that the lives and the sacrifices of the jawans have gone waste in the (mis)rule of this shameless Govt. Look at the respect they show to the jawans who died to protect the MPs, but Afzal Guru is the mascot of Congress to win elections

The Wikileaks diplomatic cables have recently disclosed that Indian government employees agree to acts of human rights violations on part of the Indian armed forces and various paramilitary forces deployed in the north east parts of India especially Manipur. The violations have been carried out under the cover of this very act. Governor S.S. Sidhu admitted to the American Consul General in Kolkata, Henry Jardine, that the Assam Rifles in particular are perpetrators of violations in Manipur which the very same cables described as a state that appeared more of a colony and less of an Indian state.[21][22]
Earlier leaks had also stated that International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had reported to the United States diplomats in Delhi about the grave human rights situation in Kashmir which included the use of electrocution, beatings and sexual humiliation against hundreds of detainees. Kashmir is currently adminsitered under this very act.[23]

All rubbish!!
Better dig out what is happening in Occupied Tibet by Commies??? Sever Human Right Violations are committed daily in Tibet. China is the root of all evils, and the Communist regime of China is destroying Tibet,Tibetan Culture, and Chinese are responsible for Tibetan Genocide.
So the Anti-AFSPA YATRA should start from Srinagar and to end at Lassa of Tibet via POK to protest against atrocities committed by Chinese Commies against people of POK and Tibet.
In such context, Wikileak is responsible for misleading AAM ADMI of India.

I can understand you very well. You have been properly brought in a culture where you are taught that anything uttered by the Gora Sahib is the ultimate truth, and yo ubeing a lowly brown person, you shoul dnot have the benefit of any intelligence that you possess - lest you should fall out of the favor of the mighty Gora Shib. Grow up, and learn to think! Not everything in WikiLeaks is truth - these are reports prepared by local bureaucrats to feed their masters in Washington to earn their favors for their own benefits. You are a fool to take it verbatim and at a face value.

Hi Parichay, you are not being balanced in your views, being passionate about a cause is one thing, being just to all is another. I will be delighted if you cite few examples of torture executed by innocent people of Imphal alongside example of power abuse by security forces. then we can talk about merits of your argument.

Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful.

(Religion) With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
