Hadely

Did Hadely lied when he directly named Nushrat Jaha as a fidayeen girl during investigation ? Why the Govt. is hell bend to prove the opposite?
How long will we waste our resources to chase the terrorist girl's case?
Why Govt. is mum over the Rajbala's public murder by the Govt. itself?

Headly is a triple agent, cannot be trsuted with any view. Evidence clearly points to cold blooded murder, let the Government do its job and allow the Law to take its own course.

Isharat was a suspect by IB so why so much noise
by religion religion on Nov 23, 2011 03:48 PM  | Hide replies

not sure what muslims of india are celebrationg for?

It was during Pillai's stint as Union home secretary in 2009 that the MHA had filed a revised affidavit in the Gujarat High Court in the Ishrat Jahan encounter case.

The ministry claimed that though IB had tipped off Gujarat government on the sleeper cell after tracking their movements and calls, which pointed to their terror links, it did not give the Gujarat police a licence to kill Jahan and others. "Even terrorists cannot be killed in cold-blood," it had stated in the affidavit.

However, Pillai on Tuesday clarified that the four suspected LeT agents, though killed in a fake encounter, were very much part of a sleeper terror module.
