I may sound as radical -at 65 years , I have seen many heard of many cases where the law and judiciary has failed to bring justice .This will be nanother such case -inspite of the CM's stroong statement . Such goons will be backed by politicians .So public should take law in to their hands and should have butchereed the guys and helped these two yongsters. We have become a nation of by watcher or Bay watchers.The nation is looted day in and day out -we elect the same criminals . See the case of Kataria murderer - he was going for a walk every day in the name of check up what a joke it is ? Does this country has any law like a civil society ? All our lives we are afraid what will happen to my wife ,children ,brother ,father sister etc etc . It is very uncivil in a socety when we say kill these scourges of society but that is the stage we have reached - it is already too late . The governemtn is total failure in all counts.

V watched helplessly was wrong and is condemned wholeheartedly but to take law into our hands is foolishness. This act would have gone in their favour. Have faith in judiciary and The CM of Maha is a nice man.

You are quite correct. The Governments (or a group of antinationals sitting in high offices, parliament, leg. assembly) cannot change the country towards good. Sometimes, I feel were we not fit for the moghul swords or british sticks and boots. Something is wrong in the Indian genes. Who will bell the cat. We need freedom fighters once again to kill these scourges of society, the Gandhian system is a failure with them.
Lungs, flesh and Intestines of Rapists and hardcore criminals should be pulled out and fed to animals like tigers, lions, jackals, foxes, wolves in the zoos and the pet animals like cats and dogs. This will save lots of money besides providing nutritious food to the animals.

Dear friend, the Police system is a parallel criminal system in uniform. If you are really educated you will try to be out of this rotten system. Armed forces is also no excuse as has been proved many times with the top people involved.
These gangs are nurtured byu the politicians and the police can't do anything to them. People vote for these politicians because they have been promised something free or they belong to the same caste.
People are corrupt and cowards. Leaders are corrupt and terrorists. What do you expect?
it happened on 31.07.2003. our infront neighbor is a rowdy. for simple arguments his ladies will come to road and fight with others. in the morning one of their cow was attacking an old woman and nobody was doing anything. i ran to the spot and saved the old woman.the mad cow would have definitely killed the lady if i had not reached the spot. later in the evening that old woman came to their house and complained. instead of sympathising with her they quarreled with her. i just came out of my house by then hearing all noise. his sons friend who was after his grown up girls reached same time and without knowing anything too argued with the old lady. i couldnot tolerate , came out of my house and asked the boy why he is arguing with the old lady who is the victim. immediately the boy rushed to me in sheer anger and started attacking me brutally with his fists and kicks. i was dumb founded. i am a senior surveyor of the general insurance industry whom every body of my town knows. i tried to defend my self but could not as i was very much tired since a month in attending my would be mother younger sister at a hospital, 50 kms from my town. also 01.08.203 was the 21st day for the new born baby which we had to celebrate grandly with our neighbors. all people watching the whole incident immediately entered into their houses and closed doors. hearing the noise my elder brothers and my brother in laws came. they tried to stop the fight. but the boy used his fists to them also. we were

deeply hurt. but tried to control him. then we all went to respective houses. after 15 minutes some 40 to 50 goondas came to our house and shouted with all filthy languages whatever came to their mounth. they were simply demanding that i should come out and they will kill me. i told my brothers to leave me to their hands when they tried to enter our house saying they will misbehave our ladies at home. our rowdy neighbor has joined with them encouraging them like anything. seeing no other option my brother came out and pleaded all to leave me as if i had done something wrong. they were scolded by the neighbor and the hired goondas. we were all threated of our lives by them if the matter goes to police. we just remained silent. entire colony was watching everything like watching a movie. next day 21st day of our new born baby was arranged casually. all our neighbors came, ate and left. no body said anything. after that whenever i asked the neighbors why they were silent, i was told may be i have done something in my past life for which i suffered in this life. i had no answer to such stupid remarks. these were the people who were coming to my house in any crisis and wre taking all sorts of help. now they are saying such things. even god was silent. it is already 08 years. all in the colony are mixing with each other. just i have become silent, keeping distance from everybody. the old lady whom i saved had never came to our house to sympathise with me. who says god punishes the

I sympathise with you for all you had to endure and without help from society.You see, crime is increasing day by day only because the social system is decaying. Most of the people join the police & judiciary for the extra money & power.The country has a long delaying, rotten system of law. What is left there, just keep quiet when someone else is the victim. If you /family is the victim, wait for the opportunate time to give a deserving blow. God is giving out justice in the next birth (if U believe in it), which again is delayed justice.
