So you watch an english show and think you can say this here. First of all, cartels are mexican drug gangs. Not a name in use by any other organised crime. Second, this thing you talk about killing someone to be a part of a gang is something planned out and not spur of a moment thing over trivial things like it was here. It is done by black and mexican aja latino gangbangers. Please don't link them to this brutal killing. The victims weren't innocent themselves. They could let the issue go when you are outnumbered., It is called having a brain,. They paid for no having one.
Only if an orninary law abiding citizen can license to firearm.... criminals have in plenty illegal arms... two young lads could have saved themselfs.... or the armed ordinary citizen in the crowd.. Who to blame... archiac arms laws of this country

Today india is sorry state because of people like you. they mislead and confuse people. breaking india in seperate country will solve the problem? then all smaller country in our nieghbour like nepal should have become great.. whats needed is infrastructure that unite india. develop common root of culture. we all worship shiv, krishna. sanskrit is root language. we are same at center. we differ at periphery. most of indian understand this. please dont act like ISI.

Sorry Madam. Your comment is not acceptable since nowadays lot of people are caring for the accident victims and calling ambulances. Everybody is having his own thoughts,ways,etc. for his happiness.Since good behaviour, helping the needy is still alive inthe hearts of Indians, irrespective of their state. There will be always rogue elements. but you cannot generalise.
