Communism is going to be kicked out from India as they have already faced pathetic debacle in allmost every country of the world at different times. Only China (i doubt whether they are communist or nationalist)with some ohther small countries remain as symbol of communism. So, Mr. Karat you are too late to learn the lessons (35 years continuous rule of a state is no joke) and be prepared to engage yourself in your own profession to earn livelihood. Right from now bengalis shall remain eager and busy to go for serious education in schools, colleges, and thereafter they will have no time but to find a suitable job for their survival. Bengalis have understood that ZANGI TRADE UNIONISM INSTIGATED BY COMMUNIST TRADE UNIONS ARE NO MORE ACCEPTABLE. So, Mr. Karat, now you understand the fukture of left parties in Bengal and above all in India?

Basicaly Karat and his wife Vrinda are never connected to the grass route level problems in WB. They are page3 celebraties. Infact Yechuri is also the same kind of nut. Mamta kept herself connected to the common man and poor farmer of WB since last many years which helped her. But, it's a fact that it will be as difficult for her to come out with effective solutions for the problems in WB. Providing election winning slogans and giving good governance are two different things.
It is PK who is responsible for their continuous down fall. Only strong words & arguments does not help. That is my belief since I heard PK few years ago.
I strongly feel Buddha is far better than Prakash Karat and Jyoti Basu. Atleast he understood the need of industrialization as well as education reforms of Bengal....yes the application of the Buddha's administration was not perfect but that's not the reason for loosing Bengal Election. Praksh karat, the biggest psycho and mentally disbalanced person is HIGHLY responsible...he is the person who loves to live lavish life style and always wants to see himself in the front page of all news paper, An useless person by birth.. how can a sick person like him can give vision to a CPM party…..Jyoti Basu, the one and only corrupted CM of Bengal only though about his family and virtually killed 3 generation of Bengals by his corruption and 'no work' culture and finally it is local leaders(rather I can say local GUNDA and CRIMINALS) of CPM party who started looting Bengal by their illegal work and arrogance attitude.....Whatever seats (41 in 2011 election)CPM got that is because of Buddha....I feel he is the only face in CPM party who is at least mentally fit and have vision.....end of the day I am happy that CPM is lost....I really couldn’t allow our Bengal to run by such a bloody corrupted psychos like Biman bose, Prakash Karat, Ashim Dasgupta, Brinda karat and of course the great Naxalits Sitaram Yechuri and most horrible local leaders/GUNDAS of each and every part of Bengal....

i am at one with your view. While Buddhadeb bhattacharya is the best i found and realised the worst is BIMAN BOSE THE IDIOT AND ARROGANT.
