read bhagavath gita/patanjali yogasastra ,seek guru's guidance

The outstanding scientist made a statement that "Science predicts that many different kinds of universe will be spontaneously created out of nothing. It is a matter of chance which we are in"

The chance or creating out of nothing is action of god. The truth or fact behind creation is not known that easily .It has to be sought through yoga under guru's guidance.
When truth is out , the concerned person will merge with the god just "like a drop falling in the ocean and getting merged with it"
(sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa's famous quote the reference of which is available in Bhagavath Gita Sloka.
Good translation of bhagavath gita or patanjali yoga sastra will drive us to correct path to search for the truth and this combined with guru's guidance will enable us to realize god which is nothing but truth.

Many things can not be explained by science which is merely created by research of human brains.Human brain is limited by time ,distance, space, and thinking process. The factor thesis ,supposed to be found to day, may be proved to be wrong at later date by another scientist.Scientists like Dr Narlikar wrote this fact.

But we have to accept that scientists are also yogies trying to find the truth but through path of scientific reasoning limited by human short life/reasoning/ senses/time/space/distance.
All the scientists should now read Bhagavath gita or patanjali yoga sastra and get guidance of good guru to get

yes, I fully agree with your views.
I wish to add. Our perseption is limited to our senses and knowledge aquired. Most probably, the Adhyatma requires different type of awakaning of mind. That is the reason why Veda says " Neti-Neti" for the definition of GOD. This is beyond the perseption of ordinary senses, when we try to define, GOD, and related matters.
Guru is needed to cut short the time to achieve that stage of awakening.

theoretical physicist like Robert Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein used to read Bhagavad Gita, they were shocked to see descriptions about “Time dilation” in bhagavad gita chapter 8 verse 17, every thing from the core concepts of “Theory of relativity “ was present.
Today there is a huge fan club in the elite and scientific circle for the Vedas.

It is God's grace that flows thru a Guru as a knowledge to us. There are many such masters in this world now and in the past that includes Jesuss, Budddha, Vivekanandaa and so on.

Belief is what you make of it

What Hawking said is his "belief", peppered with some scientific reasoning. There is nothing wrong with what he believes in. He is entitled to that. Science by its very definition is a state of knowledge at a given point in time in a given frame of reference. SO don't let Hawking or anybody else browbeat you into believing something that is contrary to your fundamental value system. Hawking has been wrong a few times in his career with these over-arching statements. Specially on the black-hole paradox where Suskind took him to task and proved him wrong. For an average person a Vivekanada, Buddha, Jesus or Mohammed has a deeper resonance than the rigor's of science. Even the very best of scientists know that a lot of cutting edge science (specailly in Astrophysics) is based on theories that are yet to be verified empirically. That doesn't say they are right or wrong, its that they are incomplete. I'd leave him to his belief and let others stick to theirs. What works for Hawking may not work for my grandmother. I am sure being a physicist, he'd understand that reality and observation depend on the frame of reference in which they are made. He has his reality in his frame of reference and we have ours in our own.

Excellent. Keep it up. It all depends on what is to be accepted or not.Nothing in the world is proved beyond doubt.Hence there can be believers and non-believers.

Santosh, on the contrary. Faith and belief are two of the most fundamental traits of being human. That is what makes humans more than the sum of the parts. Religion (or spiritualism) has a very important part to play in people's life. Only a couple of days ago when the Cathay Pacific flight lost its engine, the entire plane was praying in chorus, until the plane landed safely in Singapore. There are numerous anthropological and scientific studies that show the benefits of faith based healing (so much so that some of the best hospitals in the world now have faith based healing regimen). Faith is also one glue that binds people together (for better or worse) so dismissing it without any proof is really irrational and unscientific. Faith is a far more prevalent and proven trait (led humans through millenia of evolution)than unproven scientific conjecture.
