There is no incarnation. It is not true. Actually you seem to be a moron rather than Mr Hawking.
The People/Mob involved themselves in Breaking and Entering and Distruction of his property. If Minority Report is true, he saw that in the Future and banged the bejesus out of the Mob as a Dictator. In future you'll destroy my property so, I'm destroying yours now, theme, isnt that what Minority Report is all about!
