even if SC confirms death punishment, there is no way in hell any holy warrior will ever be hanged during a CONraj.

I cant believe that you said that. Your hatred towards Modi is ok with me. But what these guys did is crime and they deserve hanging. Hatred is one this but think responsibly too. Hope you are educated enough to know the difference.

actual Kangaroo courts are the onew which do not bother to verify that any affidavits submitted to them are signed or not by the alleged affidavit maker. Also, such Kangaroo Courts decide on political basis to do a retrial, outside the legal jurisdiction of actual crime.
These beggars should be taken to a forest in a truck,told to run and shoot from back side.Its over in 1 hour.why the hell give so much scope b1sta and b00rka to abus1 hind00s for these buggers?
Pls remember that this was a cold blooded murder whereas the riots were not. This is a big difference. However if riot cases proves 'cold blooded murder'-I am all for hanging. Also in cases of rape and murder during riot like bilkis bano case, perpetrators should get death penalty. In any case rioteers will get life terms(many are already convicted for life) and the number will surpass this. Let all criminals H or M, be punished severely so that next time they dont take cover of crowd and commit mass murder. Also not all of these 11 guys will meet death penalty, but the guys who actually poured petrol must get death. Indian judiciary should end all kinds of mob violence or sectarian violence by coming down heavily on it. Lets appreciate courts to make ours a civilized country.

Agree. Justice should be same for all. Whoever kills innocents should get punishment.

Even the rioters will get punished. Straight forward case of godhara took 9 years. Riots cases are too complicated and will take more time. But some of em will get hanged too. Just wait.
CONs legal cell will fight the case (in higher courts) for the train torching convicts. Convessing in minority dominated areas by such stars is also under consideration.
