prosecute both parents if they have killed aarushi & hemraj. this much is enough for them:
i) mobile details deleted. this can only be done by person who knows about mobile & non outsider. ii) why the room was cleaned? a doctor always knows the importance of crime scene. so washing of room itself suggests destroying of proof by talwars. clealy whether its parents then also they should be prosecuted if found guilty. Sometimes what forensic evedence doesn't do is what is done by police. the first police who investigated cited reason like if parents were sleeping & one murder is done in adjacent room then how can they not hear voices & on basis of that they arrested the father but later the case was handled to cbi & everything is messed up till today. i think the parents have given money to all govt agencies to close their mouth shut & come clean otherwise its not impossible to find the truth in this case.

An elite wife-swapping racket was key to the initial investigations of the Noida police into Arushi Talwar and her domestic help Hemraj murder case. However, the police were later forced to change the course of probe due to unexplained reasons, sources in Delhi police revealed.
Delhi police official, who informed about the wife-swapping case, which was registered by a woman in February, said, "At the initial stage of investigation, the Noida police claimed Krishna of a great help.
Hemraj must have shared some details of the activities going on in the club to Krishna and other friends." Delhi police had traced the mobile calls made to the woman to Jal Vayu Vihar only. Arushi Talwar and her domestic help Hemraj were also found killed in Jal Vayu Vihar.
The couple-swapping theory behind the murder of Arushi and Hemraj is gaining ground in Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) circle as more sleuths from the agency said that the angle couldn't be denied. In fact, they accepted that Noida police started the investigation from the same angle but later on dropped it because of some unknown reasons.
"Arushi too was protesting some of the activities of her parents. It will take some time to know the exact details," said a CBI official after being told about the swapping club.
So far, the CBI has been unable to find the motive behind the murder.
CBI after spending lakhs of rupees on investigation including salaries of officers couldnt produce any direct evedence or wotness inthis case,though they insisit that they have circumstantial evedence The accused therefore gets the benifit of doubt and could be aquitted.I wouldnt be sorry for it,as they themselves have lost their only child and alreadyin sorrow.They have got the punishment even otherwise.If they are let free no body is at loss.

who can be a witness when something happened middle of the night. again evidences were destroyed very competently. it was always quite apparant that the parents were involved in the whole mess up. they are politically very powerful, so they thought they could wash things up.
Hemraj was 50 person. If anything, Aarushi would have looked at him like a father figure. This compromising position theory doesn't wash. While I dont rule out the Talwars being involved in this, it would be heartbreaking if they are innocent, their only child is killed & they are being framed for it, because CBI is too incompetent to resolve the case.

om shanti, unfortunately this is not a hindi movie where she was left alone and a thunder struck, and they got physical.
Understand that she was a very outgoing girl, with lots of friends which included male friends. I personally find it silly that she would fall for a 50-year-old guy, and also the fact that the parents would kill the girl and retain the bodies in the house itself, knowing very well that they would be the prime suspects. Wouldnt it have been more clever to kill them outside the house, or maybe keep the doors and windows open after killing so that suspicion is on somebody else, or at least dispose the bodies in the night itself instead of keeping one body in the bedroom and one in the terrace ?
Do u really think that they are dumb enough to use their own surgical equipment to kill the girl and the man, in their own house when no one else was present, and preserve the bodies with the doors closed so as to attract attention on themselves ?
I personally find this theory sick and a weak attempt by CBI to cover their shortcomings.

Story editor: There is a definite north south divide in India, no point denying it. As regards what is south and what is north well a roughly Mah is Guj are borderline states of the divide. North of this is well north india.
Nobody said no crimes happen in south. But crimes of such type dont happen in south. For example the daylight killings of 3,000 Indians in 1984 that happened in north wont happen in south for that matter even in east. Reason cultural differences. So we got our freedom because of struggles of northies? Zilch Basically the Brits transferred power to India and not because of the exertions of Northies.
