Manmohan is a facilitator of scamsters & fraudsters. That he personally does not indulge in corruption is immaterial since he learnt a lesson long ago that his foray into politics gained momentum through his quality of 'strategic silence' and as a corporate scam facilitator. As long as he runs along this narrow niche without opening his mouth too wide, he believes he is safe.
Another factor is that he doesn't feel he is accountable to the public of India.

Anna &Team- have categorically and very specifically have said that their version will bring down corruption by 65% and above if implemented in totallity.
Corrupt Govt- Is completely silent over this . They can not give any figure.Surprisingly, no media person raised this issue during Press Conference held last week. Does it mean that Govt plant their own people amongst correspondents so that no baffling questions are raised so that it does not stump them out.
Both the team should give their figures publicly and timeline by the broad objective of Curbing Corruption.
Results will show who is correct. Prima facie , it looks that Governement is buying time to avert and subvert the proceedings. People have woken up and they can not be fooled. The earlier Government understands it , better it is for them to correct their public image. Kapil Sibal should give Indians the figure to substantiate the points.
Lokpal should be SMART- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and Time Bound. Each should give Short Term, Mid Term and Long Term Objective with structured Action Plan.
We all know,Without Target, everything is mere eyewash. Some tentative Target should be given. Every Project Manager is asked to give his target before embarking on his work. People are ready with Govt Jokepal provided they dish out their figure as to what target they have in mind.They have leeway to give target band e.g 10-20 %

It is ridiculous to call it a press conference. There were only five (so called) senior editors from all over the country from some 'holle golle' newspapers. 'Moun'mohan Singh says the media has become accuser, prosecutor and judge in the recent past. But failed to acknowledge that media more often echos peoples voice and sentiments.

Chines non minster are not so much qualified, but patriotism made China number one nation. In India Expect Anna Hazare I haven't found any political face is patriotic.
I like that our PM has the sense of Honour, Gaiety, Royalness , patience, preservance, courage etc in his personality and he is able to maintain his coolness even in the gravest provocation from others. He is a true symbol of elderly stature. I wish every one to follow in its right perspective.
