I see very little of forensic eveidnce like DNA analyses, finger prints or even a basic coroner's report as to the probable time of death. I do not know if the crime scene is sealed off, if photographs are taken. I have never ever read of ballistics match of fire arms used in crime. I wonder how many police officers have a chance to go for refresher training on crime scene investigations.

May be it is a case of corruption at all stages and all levels, including judiciary. The judgement, sadly, can't be commented upon by sons of the lesser God like us, the common people, but if it was permissible the higher Courts will certainly pass severe strictures on it.To my mind it appears to be a case of pre-mediated murder planned by both the accused together and hence some more investigation with properly planned prosecution and then retrial will serve the ends of justice.
then you should know that it is Congress party Sanjay Nirupam who shamelessly once tried to defame the image of Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare. We all want severe punishment to Maria but certainly do not want to be a part of big dram being done by congresss led people. We all have know what is happening in Tihar so she has not got what she deserve. You ask any person on street , he would still say that VIP treatment is still going on Tihar Jail. We donot believe Media' animation film which is cooked to make people believe that no VIP treatment is being given.

Please dont bring or compare politics in this.this is a deadly dangerous murder done by a couple.she can sleep with 2 men but cont kill out of one person? This kind of film aspirants will do anything to get into it.So she must be punished properly so that the country will be safe from such crimes in the future...
If the supporters of neeraj don't want Judgment but a justice, then they should tell whether it is justified in coveting another man's woman? Is anger of jerome justified?
The biggest shame for indian legal system was the acquital of Nanavati even after killing two people, his own wife and the man he suspected was having an affair with his wife. They jury system had to be abandoned due to this miscarriage of justice. Useless idiot Nehru also supported Nanavati. Probably to clean up his own image as a philanderer
