What do you expect judges to do! They need to follow the judicial process & the judgment are based on evidences! Casting aspersions is uncalled for.Let the complainant go for higher appeal. I am sure like in Jessica's case,truth will triumph in the end! Of course media has to do its job as it did during Jessica's case.
but after murder of neeraj, having physical relations with maria in front of dead body is justified? is maria so innocent? neeraj was wrong.. but it was not reepe.. very hard to digest womens innocence as judge says.

Maria is neither retarded, underage or was tied down. She took part in concensual union. So why is evn an issue? By your reckoning all the Western young and old deserve to be killed.
Its nothing surprising about the judgemet. The judges hav done a very good job. The bossses in the film industry think that every girl who try their luck in the industry are lose charecter and try to take advantage like Neeraj did to Maria. Neeraj did not think that the girl whom he is trying to screw is somebody's girl and that man would be broken when he comes to know. It is a good punishment for Neeraj and the punishment given to both Maria and Jerrome are justified.

Rightly said!! If every casting couch victim, hacked her exploiters to bits like Maria Susairaj did, Bollywood could be cleaned up.
Neeraj had no business to be at Maria's house that night. How come his parents did not object? Come on guys, Neeraj was no saint. No decent person would sleep around with some else's fiancee.

maria told jerome , grover was acting funny with her....and jerome came looking ....then found her in skimpy outfit and grover naked in bed.....he jumped to conclusion he had raped her....and got mad to kill grover.

Completely agree with you on this point. The losers in this case are only Neeraj's and Emile's parents and Emile himself.
What abt stmt by court that crime was committed in the spur of the moment. If that was case, how pros. were going to prove it. No doubt both criminals shd have got death penalty only.

seems like a coldblooded plan...spur of the moment doesnt last for an entire day( read time taken to fly down from..locate.and then killl..and post that do an even more barbaric act to hide the same...

Correct! Spur of the moment doesn't last for an entire day. He saw a man with his girl, got wild (as anyone would), they got into a fight and in a rage end up killing him.
