This is a clear case where there is a strong suspicion that either the prosecution or the judge was bribed or influenced. The case should be appealed in higher court.

Our laws are for more crime, not crime prevention.laws are not a preventers but postmorem analysis.law needs more cases not honest , no case land.money , fast wealth kills women, creates more crime!

Without addressing any of the other issues you have raised (which may all be valid), we should understand that this court case had nothing to do with religion. Please let us not see everything through that lens.

screwign of this type is not correct in any rel. But a man does it if a girl permits it. Why she allowed it? If she know he is bad why she maintaied relationship with such a man.so she is also to be equally blamed. Remember that sound won't come withut two hands clapping together

Have to agree. If Jerome would have been killed and Neeraj was the suspect, the Church, media and Congress would have been up in arms against the case would have enough noises to keep the case alive. Just look at the kind of media blitz that was there in Jessica Lal's case.
The reason is simple - most of the media is run by Xtians.

When Hindus themselves don't care about their own identity and are either too busy chasing money or dying to be perceived as enlightened secular individuals, why blame outsiders who want to exploit such an easy and inviting opportunity to extend their "empire"?
Every election day is used by Hindus as a free holiday to enjoy themselves instead of going and voting out the party that is making what you have claimed possible!

I understand this guy coming after Neeraj if Maria and them were married. As far as I am aware, Neeraj and Maria had consensual sex. For Jerome to kill Neeraj in cold blood would require Jerome to be put behind bars for life and Maria to get 25 years for destruction of evidence etc..
