by Raj Thackersey on Jul 05, 2011 10:59 PM

1. Maria was having bath late night at neighbours apartment, does her flat have no bathroom or water supply
2. Her neighbour also saw Neeraj waiting outside marias house, and possibly also enter it
3. Can I have a public copy of Jeromes confession, the whole world is focussed on Maria whereas we need to talk to Jerome to find out his perspective

The actual fact is that Maria together with her boyfriend was blackmailing Neeraj,Maria was increasing her demands day by day and when finally Neeraj put his foot down refusing to pay any more money they eliminated him!

@yedapeda Do you understand that the murderer should not be defended just because he/she belongs to your religion vice versa should not be unduly criticised just because he/she does not belong to your religion?
NO! your terror manuals dont teach you that!

Of course they did
by Iron Masked on Jul 05, 2011 10:09 PM

Why else would someone who is so mentally deranged as to inhumanly chop off a dead body into pieces be considered fit to go free with just a 3 yr jail sentence? Its not just bungling, there's something else behind the scenes. They obviously got some favors from the criminal couple.

Ram Jethmalani needs to fight for Neeraj's parents.
by Dennis Christie on Jul 05, 2011 10:01 PM  | Hide replies

The incompetency (or were they bribed to be so?) of Mumbai police and public prosecution is fuklly established and they will have the same fate in High court. Lawyer of the standing of Ram Jethmalani, can only convict the murdress Maria.

Ram has made his millions fighting cases of people like Maria and not against them.

It was a secular act
by Vishvaksenah E on Jul 05, 2011 09:58 PM  | Hide replies

Prosecution id not bungle.
They did the right thing.

Neeraj Grover is a communalist.
Maria and Jerome are secularists.
Hence they can do nothing wrong.

The prosecution did what is appropriate bearing in mind the ethos of our land given tous by our beloved Bapuji, father of present day India.

Long live secularism!

----------

Doggi er. CID Diggi aka Digvijay Singh strongly feels that Neeraj was not murdered at all.He has gone to hiding. This is to bring a bad reputation to the lives of two innocent and honest individuals who are secularists. Maria and Jerome are paragons of virtue.
Neeraj who is a saffron terrrorist wanted to tarnish the image of these two lovely people.
So he went into hiding and told his parents to file a habeas corpus case.

Neeraj case
by Jeelu Thomas on Jul 05, 2011 09:47 PM  | Hide replies

It is so sad to see the blunder & mockery of the great Indian Judicial system. A girl like maria who used & ruined the lives of two promising men walking scot free. She had Jerome as her Boyfriend and wanted to enjoy the presence of Neeraj who could put her on a pedstel.

How could the system let her go free after committing such a big crime ,ruined the life of an up coiming naval officer forever wiped out another guy. she must be stoned to death. how dare she blames Jerome n walks off like this...

also true
by sri on Jul 05, 2011 09:46 PM

Murder is unacceptable and Maria should have received a longer sentence. But it is probably also true that Neeraj was trying to see how much he could bed this woman by using his credentials of "TV executive". This is the big bad world of Bollywood which lacks ethics and morals. And the woman may have been trying to climb her way up seeing no other way (or she was also being unethical). The Naval officer was caught in between and was enraged to see what Neeraj was trying to do.
