A huge loss for Karnataka and India and the world of music
by samyakgowda on Jan 24, 2011 12:16 PM  | Hide replies

I don't think this loss will be recouped in a million years.

Every time I listen to Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma, I kind of go into a trance.

"Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma" a wonderful wonderful rendition by the master... a tone deaf person like me also understood that is was sung beautifully!

A great loss.

Raja Sen's number will come after Kevin Pieter Sen...

Sad to learn loss of one more shining star.
by Rahul Singh on Jan 24, 2011 11:51 AM  | Hide replies

This morning I was listening to his Bhajan on F.M. Very sad indeed, India has lost such a wonderful vocalist. Specially his devotional music, which is touching to soul. I prey god to give strength to his family in this hour of grief.
