That would be an awesome election to have Rahul vs Modi. I trust the BJP would go ahead with Modi/Varun etc combination.

Then Modi can atlast fulfill his wish like Saurav did recently.
you cannot expect from this government to give equality to all religion.muslim womens against Talak. this movement has go much stronger and deep in all part of the country
those who r talking about reforms in islam should know that nothing wrong in this religion, only thing is people try to use it as per their wish. If a muslim act exactly as per the sharia no problem arise to anybody marriage more than one is a hot topic among non muslims, they shoul know that it is not mandatory in islam if someone want more than 1 it is up to them subject to the justice among them in every religion good and bad exists if someone is using it for bad intention they are answerable in hindu religion more than one marriage is prohibited, may i remind to all of you how many hindus are having more than one wife officially and un officially for example Dharmendra, a film actor and interestingly he won the seat of parliament even though this is prohibited according to indian law. Therefore, It is evident that all people stick to their religion. 1 muslim women use hijab as it is a part of her religion and other muslim women close her face to protect herself from the people who knows her and will catch or see her doing sin.......

if dharmendra is ur benchmark, I will refer ZARDARI to be considered before dharmji haha
It is a male dominated society,no place for women in the society,in this way 50%of the population being kept aside. The society is enjoying by keeping women aloof from the society,(keeping aloof means women cant take part in decision making)They cant raise their issues to seek justice, they are bound to cover them selves under the veil,if they talk to a male person they are supposed to be penalized, simultaneously if their husbands involve with other women a wife is not empowered to raise the issue.A women in muslim society is the most insecured and exploited character. Now the question is why the male society should allow others to curtail their own liberties.
What is there to be weathered? Except for a few oil richArabianCountries andMalaysia, the condition of all other MuslimmMajorityCountries is reallyPathetic.
TheSauds(RoyalFamilyOfSaudiArabia) have parked their money in the AmrikanBanks and are collecting interest on the same.
IslamicBanking is another way of l00tingIlliterateMuslims. Though the idea is good, it is just not practical.

Maybe then you should ask the dalaal street guys what the difference is, as they havve recently lauched it as well. Which also indicates that its not only good in words but also priacticable, if not then so many conventional banks owuld not be going towards shariah compliance transactions.

Creating a benchmark for transactions which comply to a certain moral code is a laudable practice, in any language, even English, or so I thought so!

Yeah - No one would follow the Shariah index. What is the use even if the Shariah companies work for profits. If companies do not generate profits why would some one trade in that company. In Saudi, the arabs get commissions instead of interest from Bank deposits.

So Dalaal street guys diod no reseach that nobody will follow and they put this elaborate mechanism in place. Sad for them.
fatwas are irrelevant for educated people. Fatwas take birth due to an intolerant and iunflexible thinking and society. fatwas promote extremism and self righteousness, and population explosion.
