I fullly respect the Prez of India because of the position she is holding. Having said that, It is congress who insalled her despite people prefered APJ Kalam in that positon for second time.
Installing tainted Mr Thomas as CVC though his appointment opposed by leader of Oppositon Ms Sushma Swaraj.
Installing Mr K.G. Balakrishnan as NHRC chief for his post retirement job. There are various allegation aganinst him while he still hanging on to his job.
Installing Naveen Chawla as CEC though his honest is debatable.
This list continues and we should be thankful to Ms Indira Gandhi for starting this scheme of rewarding the stooges.
all know that Soniagandhi thr Manmohan has asked Sibal new telecom chief, to scuttle 2g scam probe by Sc and hence the barbs by kapil..its all scams by congress and its ministers obeying UPA supremo tarnishing image of PM post and he bis silent andshamelessinaccepting allthese misdeeds

CAG is properly envisaged constitutional body, whose powers have been clipped over years. It does well inspite of all that. almost all scams are exposed by CAG. we need CBI on same lines to carry non-audit investigations. We instituational checks to take care of corruption. RTI is great. CBI as Constitutional body will fix the corruption issue. That is how USA fixed its problems.
Mr Sibal While you have every right to think that you intelligent please respect the others for theirs. Some of them may be even much more intelligent than you think. Also dont think that others are fools. The very fact that your party your party has given you this additional charge does not mean that you over rate your abilities but the fact is they are trying to use your 'legal' knowledge illegally!!!So do not over rate yourself and again make a mess.Hope you get this message and view it in the right perspective.
2G is for masses, any enhanced price of spectrum is to be paid by consumers.Then we could not afford to have dirt cheap tarrif. you cant have laddu in both hands. btw japanese gives sprectrum free of cost..

Idot. Raja's wife approved and got License in First cum first serve basis in her personal capacity as Legal Director. AFter getting License that company not decided to do Commnicationbusiness. Ok. Then they should return back the SpectrumLicense to Govt. (Govt will repay current fair value). Instead the Equity Owners tranfered their ownership (Controll-defined in Law) to another Company from Middle East for an imaginable share value. (The entire diff in the share price is due to SpectrumLicense - no other high value asset).
The Middle East purchaser is not bothered about the License cost to Govt - he will charge the people of India more to recover his high cost (paid huge Value to get that Equity shares).
Loss or Less Profit to Govt. More Profit to that company in which Raja's wife was a Legal Director. Pls read Pioneer fully.
