1) Raja's wife applied in a personal capacity as Legal Director of a company - but that company got the License on First cum first Serve basis. (in Comps like IBM, Oracle & Accenture husband/wife cannot even approve the leave request of their Spouse - someone else will handle).
2. AFter getting License that company not decided to do Commnicationbusiness. Ok. Then they should return back the SpectrumLicense to Govt. (Govt will repay current fair value). Instead the Equity Owners tranfered their ownership (Controll-defined in Law) to another Company from Middle East for an imaginable share value. (The entire diff in the share price is due to SpectrumLicense - no other high value asset).
from New paper reports it is clear - a Middle East service provider who has not supported India when 26/11 was on for 3days - to intercept and record the Mobile conversation of the Terrorists in Taj & other places - got the License via back door.
What is the motive of DMK & Congress. Do they really worry who is getting access to our National assets? tomorrow they will even keep a dump our conversation inside Pak or GCC - we cannot even get a copy for Investigation or witness in court.

Earlier this Approval was with the GoM (Group of Minsiters). But PM only transfered this power to Raja as Cabinet Telecom Minsiter. Why MMS did this? Why MMS not monitored - whether Raja is doing the right thing? Did MMS know that Raja's wife applied as Legal Director of a Company in personal capacity and got License on First Cum First Serve basis. If he knows- why he allowed that. If he do not know - this came in Pioneer some 2yrs back - why no action by PM even after that? Why Sonia UPA Chair person also silent not taking this issue seriously ? Why? What is the vested interst?
If we interpret what he is saying its like we have not stolen 1.7 we have only taken 1 (90) lakh approx so reduce the sensationalism to that quantum only Gaaaaawd

PAC will scrutinise the report and give recommendations to the parliament. The Govt then has to take action and give suitable reply to CAG. You see, CAG report is not the final thing. It is subject to scrutiny. Of course, politicians have their own politics on thisa.
what is all this noise about 2g scam? Why companies should pay huge fees to this corrupt government.What is their role except issuing a paper license? Wont this tax come back to Indian public by paying higher mobile charges.This rampantly corrupt,wasteful and arrogant government is on spree of loot and plunder in country. I don't favor revising license fees.taxes should be kept as low as possible with 20% inflation per year already.All that we have to find out if Raja and his associate took bribes.if that is found he should be publicly flogged in Delhi and all money recovered from him.
