The CAG website says about its mission in the following manner - "Our mission enunciates our current role and describes what we are doing today: Mandated by the Constitution of India, we promote accountability, transparency and good governance through high quality auditing and accounting and provide independent assurance to our stakeholders, the Legislature, the Executive and the Public, that public funds are being used efficiently and for the intended purposes" The government today terms the CAG findings as rubbish. Sri Krishna committee has asked to keep the Andhra Pradesh state united and give constitutional protection to Telangana region by constituting a separate regional council. What is the guarantee that Government will respect the council?Won't they follow the foot steps of Central Government which trashed the report of CAG? Will the Council powers more than that of Supreme court? History is witness to the fact that previous council, though it has constitutional protection via article 371(1) was never respected and allowed to function. In what way the United Andhra rulers or Central Government will assure ppl of Telangana that this time the constitutional rights will be honoured?

Good reply. Govt is just getting ready to make new scam with our money. Why should we pay the tax? Is it just to see these Sibbals and sonias?
God knows what his compulsions are. Does he want to support Karunanidhi or does he want to protect Sonia / MMS?? It is equally possible to say that CAG estimate is an underestimate and the real opportunity loss of revenue is 250,000 Crores.. Kapil Sibal is trying to fool all of us and we need to be careful about these educated goons!!

What is so surprizing? The Congis have f00led our country ever since 1947. Despite the nasty dynasty screwing our country for more than 50 years since 1947, more than 300 million Indians subsist on Rs. 20 a day and we have more than 60 million child labour in our Country. This is developement CongressIstyle!!
The PEOPLE of India have been taken for granted by the Congres party for long as they are very articulate in using the services of people like Kapil Sibal to their advantage. But it seems that they have not read the writing on the wall that the electrorate of India today is more learned and can see beyond any deceptice veil being raised by technical talk of the Congress Party representative. As a matter of fact it also speaks of the dubious role of our Mr. Clean and he is not so clean.

People did not vote for Cong party. In 2004 it was an opportunistic post poll alliance & 2009 also it is an alliance.

In 2004 yes, it was post poll alliance. But in 2009 it was not just post poll alliance, Cong by itself had a good majority.

When draupti was being molested by dussasan,duryodhan& co in the royal hall of Kaurav King Dhritharashta,NONE of the great warriors and intellectuals like bhishma, kripa and dronachraya intervened and sat like STATUES doing NOTHING to prevent the outrage&molestation of the helpless woman.Fortunatelt Lord Krishna listened to the pareyers of the helpless Draurpti and with His Blessing, the socundrels&molesters dussasan and duryodhan were not able to do the derobing and they collapsed with fatigue.Afterwards, angry and anguished Draupti dresses herself decently and shouts so Loud that whole universe can hear , to all the great warriors around her the famous question,"why you silently watched the molestation and did NOTHINGto prevent this criminal and rape attempt on me in front of your eyes?" Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal’s queer logic and jurisprudential effort at balancing the 2G Spectrum ‘balance sheet’, to make it a no loss proposition to the exchequer is a wonderful mind wave on his part. What is even more mind boggling is to put the revenue loss to the tune of Rs.1.50 lakh crore, according to him, to have happened during the NDA rule. This is clearly indicative of the level to which the Congress party can stoop to justify corruption.
