Hyderabad needs to be given a better thought and safeguards implemented so as not to fall prey to the old disease of riots. The city is quiet now because of the increasingly cosmopolitan nature. Once the parties like MIM gain dominance it will again be a razakar moment. Telangana without strong central control will be destroyed by the Naxals and the narrow / paki minded muslims. Chandrashekhar Rao is falling into their trap or rather embracing them for instant gains, as such he is not the right person to lead Telangana. A setup which neutralises these two forces will be most welcome.

Very intelligent remarks. The only argument I may have with you is that for decades all development for Telangana went into Hyd assuming it is the heart of T region. All of Telangana accepted that with great pleasure along with the seemandhra people. Now that the links to seemandhra became strong with the tremendous outburst of the immigrants they want Hyd alone and leave the rest of Telangana away? Do you honestly think seemandhra will stop at any point. Its already too late my friend. There should be set backs so the "take it for granted" policy would subside.

Yes Seemandhra people invested in Hyderabad emotionally and financially. But the fact remains that The Telangana citizen were deprived of their share, exploited and underdeveloped. Telangana people were cheated repeatedly in spite of so many written and gentlemen agreements, which were never implemented.I would prefer that Hyderabad should be made a union territory and a common capital to all the three regions, with extension of Hyderabad by creating corridors into Guntur via Nalagonda for Andhra and through Mahboobnagar to Kurnool for Seema.
If the interviewer is biased, he take the content as well samples to his choice and his report is excellent in his eyes. I find the same with this gentleman Mr.Nanjappa. The fact of the matter is that Muslims in Hyderabad are more worried as to what will be their fate when BJP comes up strongly into the main-stream of T-Region politics and ordinary people irrespective of religious-background are worried what will be the repercussions. Naturally communal strifes and violence will become an everyday issue in Hyderabad. Now BJP is non-existent in A.P's Political scenario and the goal of BJP to award state-hood to Telangana itself is for their political gains only but not in the interests of people. So dear friends, we may have to see murkier soil in the near future if Telangana statehood is a reality.
kurmi kshtriya people are direct descant of LORD RAM , real aryan and they are very powerful and honest,16% population of INDIA are of kurmi kshtriya, major titles of kurmi kshtriya are SINGH,VERMA,PATEL,KATIYAR,GANGWAR,REDDY,NAIDU,PAWAR,CHANDRAKAR etc, Just think the destiny OF INDIA IF SARDAR PATEL WAS THE FIRST PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER,MAKE NITISH KUMAR AS PRIME MINISTER AND THEN LOOK THE DESTINY OF INDIA.

We have more issues in Hyderabad to be dealt, we do not wish to add an other problem. Keep your castist philosophy of Hindu's eminence. Keep it up to Bihar. Thank you.
These politicians only want fight and communal riots in hyderabad and nothing.Dirty buggers. Its a state of both hindus and muslims and we are happy but they want us to go back in middle ages and stay in a kashmir like atmosphere.Uneducated and uncivilised barbrs. They cant be called as muslims as well as they are our enemies rather than any hindu as according to them.

then go for a referendum in hyderabad if u people have guts and see what majority of people have to say. Afterall the whole fight is for hyderabad only. Let people of hyderabad decide in which way they want to go.

We have our leaders like talasani srinivas yadav, danam nagendar, mukesh, vijaya ramarao, akbaruddin owaisi etc. They will decide about our hyderabad. Nobody else.

Babu, SKC Clearly Revealed that Irigated land in Whole telangana including Hyd is equivalent to Irigated land in Guntur Dt alone why this happen -- Then you guys say Telngana has no natural gravity to pull the water but lift irigations for majour projects like Devadula cost 200 Cores per year -- Where as when whole cole mines are in telangana why RTPS,VTPS are established in seemandra at the cost of 1200 Cores Per year is this not a good reason why we have to ask for seperate state ..?
Re: Re: Re: WHY...

Dear Vamshi, (1) During Nizam Alee's rule in 1790, Guntoor now Guntur district used to give more revenue from Agriculture almost in the same proportions as you said, Nizam's revenue records are available as records, so there is no logic in your reference. (2) Any mature person knows the cost of irrigation now and employing lift irrigation will almost double the costs. When State subsidies are planned to be pulled-down in a phased manner, is lift-irrigation will be helpful to the farmers? (3) no one wants thermal stations to be in their vicinity, they are no great employers either or they are good for health besides polluting irrigation / residential lands. You find people revolting against them and firing took place in Andhra areas recently. Moreover the power generated from them are for all A.P., and if surplus may be sold too other states too.

Look at the report issued by central goverment 2 months back. 9 out of 10 districts in telangana are backward.

5 districts added because of naxalism only. That point is clearly mentioned which u people want to ignore conveniently
