Does this really need a mention: RELIGION ?? What is important is the fact if anyone is guilty or not.I'm not making a judgement, on who is guilty or not. Religion of beliefs dont matter, guilty should be punished.

The Tip of the Iceberg.........
by ashok mani on Dec 04, 2011 07:28 PM  | Hide replies

What i read is the micro details of the case that has been the media's delight - like any other episode that can ride on sensational .......

This is the trail to what is happening to India.........We are aping the west.......we see a lot of advantages of 'being in' and are grappling in our psyche about traditional values and upbringing.
Such crimes continue to happen in the west too despite being 'years ahead ' on this path of culture.........the lower side of the same crime is not murder but divorce and alimony...........
So if India cannot be stopped in going on this path then this episode is a path creator........such early cases of this nature will end this violently...........

Time alone can usher in new levels of acceptance of morality, pre marital affair, polygamous relationship, live in etc..............

This is what happens, when relationships are seen purely at a physical level, but not from a deep educational, cultural and humanistic levels.

When you jump in the way of a speeding train you will be run over. Emile and Maria were going to get married, there was not right on part of Grover to be fooling around with Maria. That is the bottom line. Neeraj was no saint, he deliberately and willingly committed an act of reckless indiscretion and paid the price. It was a very good decision, basically the whole thing has been blown up by media because it is a north vs south issue. The accused are from south, the 'saint' who sold his soul is from north. There in lies the rub.

Court of law showing partiality with Maria on Gender basis only
by Abhijoy Mitra on Dec 03, 2011 08:03 PM  | Hide replies

Definitely Neeraj was also not a clean character one but the major point arising here is about his cruelly murder happened and the Court of Law let maria go Free overlooking her involvements in the crimejust because of gender basis.severaltimes we read such incidences of no proper justice been delivered in the case of any opposite sex been involved in crime. And why then we people of India should trust a Central Government whose Minsitry of Law is too dumb and weak even to question the Court of Law in the nation??Why crores of public moneys, expenses been spend on forming a irresponsibe government system that cannot even control over wrong judicial systems in India??
