Court of law showing partiality with Maria on Gender basis only
by Abhijoy Mitra on Dec 03, 2011 08:03 PM  | Hide replies

Definitely Neeraj was also not a clean character one but the major point arising here is about his cruelly murder happened and the Court of Law let maria go Free overlooking her involvements in the crimejust because of gender basis.severaltimes we read such incidences of no proper justice been delivered in the case of any opposite sex been involved in crime. And why then we people of India should trust a Central Government whose Minsitry of Law is too dumb and weak even to question the Court of Law in the nation??Why crores of public moneys, expenses been spend on forming a irresponsibe government system that cannot even control over wrong judicial systems in India??

Neeraj Grover (Forward caste) tried to exploit Maria Monica Susairaj (minority).
Maria fiancee Emile Jerome Mathew (minority) killed Grover in fit of rage.
Mathew is a Lieutenant in Navy and did what he is trained to do.
Judge Chandwani (minority) and defense lawyer Sharif Shaikh (minority) did a good job.

Without reservations in Indian Courts, BC/SC/ST/Minority communities will NOT get justice.

The poisoned minds like yours will destroy this nation. The castiest people like you are creating hype of this caste based reservation system to garner concessions with ease and depriving others.Actually there is no need for reservations after 64 years of freedom but anyhow if reservations are considered necessary then they should be on economic criteria so that all sections of the society get benefits but the selfish people like you and pseudosecular politicians will not allow it to happen.

It has become a fashion of Media to glorify the Butchers/cold blooded Criminals. People with Money & Power can kill anybody in India. With a good advocate, the case could be dragged to any number of years, the capital punishment will become life imprisionment , the maximum term would be 8-10 years and he could be on bail for any number of days. There is no wonder Crimes are fast growing in India

The law is getting lenient to some people
by sarfarosh on Dec 03, 2011 02:07 PM  | Hide replies

Maria Susairaj was found not guilty of the killing, but guilty of destroying evidence and was sentenced to a maximum three years' imprisonment. She was released the following day with time served. Jerome Mathew was found guilty of culpable homicide not amounting murder and of destroying evidence. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the killing, and 3 years for destroying evidence. The sentences will be served concurrently, with 3 years time served already applied. The court has also fined Susairaj and Mathew 50,000, to be paid to Neeraj Grover's family.
Death sentence should be given who conspire and kill in cold blood

Maria Susairaj and erome Mathew.
The very names show that they are "secularists".
Hence the law should be lenient to these kind souls.
Neeraj Grover- a "communalist".
His death or his family's sentiments need not be considered.

Had the victim been a 'secularist" and the proponents of the crime been "communalists", then the whole world would have gone topsy turvy
This is secularism in action.

why blame them. Hindoos as fools to vote for UPA and expect something out of them. They are for the secularists like the two poor souls here. 175 fake encounters in UP and 21 in AP but in this country only two fake encounters are in focus- why? because modi is not a secularit.
