Whatever u say TVR, fact remians the RTI was passed by the cong, and Lok Pal will also be passed by the cong.
Fact remains due to Anna's efforts, Manmohan singh will introduce the Lok Pal and it WILL go to the standing commitee and Will be passed in DUE ACCORDANCE OF the constitutional process.
Whatever TVR may say, fact ramins that after RTI, the Judicial anti corruption Bill and the Public greviances Bill for corruption in lower beauracracy ib being brought in by Manmohan Singh(without any agitation form Anna or anybody else) whcih will create a comprehensive administrative reform mechanism.
Can TVR explain why a single of these laws were not introduced by his BJP masters for the 8 yeras they were in power.

Give all credit to them. Raja, Kalmadi, Kanimozi, Arrested. Also give credit to them when Ashok Chavan, Sheila Dixit, Vilasrao chargesheeted.

give credit to congress for protecting Raja, Kalmadi, Kanimozi until they were focefully arrested by supreme court order. Give credit to congress for protecting the power of Ashok Chavan, Sheila Dixit, Vilasrao and saving from punishment

For your information RTI was first made at Maharashtra by Anna Hazare and then on that basis it was made at Centre. Thank god Anna didnt have to fst for the central RTI. He did fasted for the State RTI
.. and it does not result in a mere regime change. Typically, any corruption issue results in the ruling party gets defeated in the next election and thats it. The latest instance is in TamilNadu, where AIADMK has come to power because people wanted to punish DMK for their corruption (and they had to wait 5 years, silently seeing all the money being looted). But with the new regime now, has it ended corruption in the state? NO.
That is why I feel keeping pressure on this UPA govt is important - they still have good 2.5 years to face the next election and imagine how much they can loot. Giving one day of power to people (voting day) in every 5 years does not going to work.

In 1982, In Singapore, LOKPAL BILL was implemented and 142 Corrupt Ministers & Officers were arrested in one single day.. Today Singapore has only 1% poor people &no taxes are paid by the people to the government, 92% Literacy Rate, Better Medical Facilities, Cheaper Prices, 90% Money is white & Only 1%Unemployment exists.. It is important to note that H.E. the Governor did not take any decision on the file from August, 2006 to February, 2009. In February, 2009, the file was returned to the Government with the note that the person whose name had been recommended for appointment as Lokayukta, Gujarat State could not be appointed as such for certain technical / legal reasons and, therefore, the State Government should make a fresh proposal in this regard
Rahul Gandhi wants Lok pal to be a constitutional body. that will take 5 years. By then the Gandhi family can clean up the slate so that they don't get prosecuted.
So strange.. overnight raise voice against corruption...You'll be worshipped as GOD..Even The PM becomes valueless coin. Such is our respect we have to our SYSTEM . If some other Munna Godbole goes on hunger strike over a genuine issue, will the public support the same way. If not Why.... As an individual U can simply vanish in dark even without the knowledge of anybody. But can a PM escape like that. The way people abuse the PM, is it justified. People do not have responsibilty/accountability can say anything. But can a PM behave out of the system... It is not going to help anyway...

if you have some knowledge of our constituation than you should understand that we have several law which can help to stop corruption if implimented correctly..

Lok pal is not a law but an institution. Democracies are all about institutions that safeguard the interests of the people.
Do you any legal knowledge. What you think of Lok Pal as constitutional body as against a statutory body?
