This article is very nicely written and can only be expected from a person of high intelligence, a patriot and one who cares for the coubtry. Very well written. One of the most stupidest things an educated person can ever ask for. Forget about the undemocratic part among many other stupidies in the bill. It is just not implementable. It just cannot cover all the government employees. It will fall on its own weight.
