PM IS A SPINLESS MAN INDIA EVER SEEN, WE ARE ASHAMED OF HIM
by khairnar on Aug 22, 2011 03:12 PM  | Hide replies

UPA ministers and leaders like PM MANMOHAN SINGH, CHIDAMBARAM, KAPIL SIBAL, SALMAL KURSHID AND THEIR ALL SPOKESPERSON HAS LOST THEIR CREDITBILITY and IT IS HIGH TIME, THEY RESIGN FROM THE POST AND PUBLIC DARE TO CALL FOR A REFERRENDUM OR FRESH ELECTION ONLY ON THIS ISSUE - ANNAJI'S JAN LOK PAL BILL. All other things and policies are more or less same and we do not want a fresh manifesto from any of the present political parties. ARE THEY HEARING? OR PEOPLE WANTS THAT THESE MPS AND MLAS AND ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD BE PULLED BACK BY THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES FROM THEIR CHAIRS?.... CHOICE IS THEIRS AND NOT PUBLIC AS PUBLIC WANTS ANNAJIS JAN LOK PAL BILL AT ANY COST. NO GIVE AND TAKE OR ANY EXCUSES WE WANT TO HEAR. IF THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY TO PASS THIS BILL WITHIN ONE WEEK AS WE KNOWS NUMBER OF IMPORTANT BILLS MEANT FOR CORPORATE AND FOREIGN FORCES PASSED BY THIS GOVT. WITHIN A FEW MINUTS WITHOUT PROPER DISCUSSIONS. THEY HAD CALLED FOR SPECIAL SESSION FOR NUCLEAR BILL and PASSED IT WITHOUT PUBLIC REFERENDENM WITH THE MIGHTY AND VOTE AGAINST CASH SCAM ADOPTED BY SOME SHAMLESS PARLIAMENTARINS.

Few doubts
by arindam on Aug 22, 2011 03:02 PM  | Hide replies

I fully support any movement against corruption. But i have few questions

1. But why the Jan LOkPal want corporate houses out of its purview. The corruption is result of the neo liberalization which helped these corporates and middle class immensely and made life hell for farmers and poor. ( how many farmers took their life)

2. Why corrupt people like Sri Sri in the movement. He is a known land grabber. and close associate of Yeddi ( the most corrupt CM india ever produced)

3. Why the NGOs are out of it.

4. Why land reforms are not asked for

5. Why Media is out of the Bill. The media is controlled by the corrupt corporate houses. Barka dutt et all.

Thanks

FIRST WHY NGO ARE OUT OF IT, WELL
READ JANLOKPAAL BILL ,IT IS NOT AGAINST NGO TO BE BROUGHT INTO IT'S AMBIET, BUT ONLY REGISTERED AS NGO AND FUNDED BY GOVT WILL THE CRITERIA,ON THE OTHER HAND GOVT WANT EVEN U RUN A "DURGA PUJA PANDAL' BY CONTRIBUTION OF YOUR FAMILY AND RELATIVES SHOULD BROUGHT UNDER LAW-WHICH IS RUBBISH

ONE THE ONE HAND GOVT SAYS INCLUDING ALL GOVT SERVANT WILL BE NOT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE ON THE OTHER HAND THEY ARE READY TO SCRUITNISE 8O LACS ORGNISATIONS WHO ARE NOT FUNDED BY GOVT EVER.

THAT'S WHY GOT BILL IS JOKEPAAL
THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO EMPOWER GOVT BABUS MORE AVENUE FOR BRIBE COLLECTION

SECONDALY LOKPALL IS ONE BILL ,BUT ON OTHER ISSUE INDIA AGAISNT CORRUPTION WILL ALSO COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS,TILL THEN LETS START WITH THIS BILL AND MOVE AHEAD

by Dev Padhi on Aug 22, 2011 02:46 PM

Govt. is trying to fool people by doing this new nautanki. The jan lokpal bill proposed by Annaji and team has the points that a common man will agree to.The Govt. knows it very well that if team anna 's Janlokpal bill get passed then most of the Ministers will be behind the bar for pishing Chakki. It would be difficult for them to loot the nation anymore and to get the support from the corrupted officials.

In 1968, Mrs. Indira Gandhi had proposed Lokpal bill in Parliament. But, dissolution of Lok Sabha had not given chance to the bill to fructify. There were total ten attempts in 42 years of time, but the bill was not made into the law.

There were two attempts by Mrs. Indira Gandhi to bring this bill into law in 1968 and 1971. They met failures due to dissolution of Lok Sabha two times.

In 1977, there was an attempt by Morarji Desai to fructify the law which was not done due to dissolution of Lok Sabha.

This time Rajiv Gandhi had taken initiative for this bill in 1985. Again the same issue of dissolution haunted.

In 1989, V.P. Singh had proposed the bill but later taken back.

In 1996, Deve Gowda government had taken the issue and no decision was taken until dissolution of Lok Sabha.

In 1998 and 2001, A.B. Vajpayee had taken the issue of Lokpal, but the situation was not changed.

There were two attempts by Congress government in 2005 and 2008. Nothing was done to Lokpal bill until now.

Now, there was prepared a new Lokpal bill 2010 to be passed as law.

if Raja has taken decision on his own then the same applies here too. The PM did give him authority to by pass GOM, Finance ministry and law ministry. So why cant PM do the same in jan lokpal bill.
